The boy tilted his head and smiled.
"We could have a beach day hehe. You know...swimming, sand castles, and food."
Memo was now looking out into the ocean with a smile on his face as he held his hands behind his back.

"Well... I'm hydrophobic so no swimming for me unless it's urgent. I'll... Hmmmm... Sand castles sounds good. Well, we don't necessarily have to make castles though." She had gotten an idea from a past experiment she had performed in the desert in Hoenn one time.

Memo ran to the damp sand and waved Maddy to come over.
"Come on hehe! What did you wanna build Maddy?"
The boy was very excited and thought of way's to make things more fun.

Arekku took note that Memo and Maddy had just left to the beach. "O...kay." The Spirit finally took the hint and began to dissipate. Arekku looked at the transparent face, "Come back later and we'll try some kind of communication." The face nodded, seeming a little happier and Arekku rushed through the teleporter, "Guys?" He called just before actually seeing Maddy and Memo.

"Hmmm..." She waved a clawed hand over a small area of sand next to her. Black flames erupted from her hand, and the heat was so intense that even Memo would be able to feel it. The sand that her hand passed over turned into a black glass that had a purple tint to it. "I'm not sure what to make..."

Memo watched Arreku walking over he waved happily.
"Hey Arreku!"
He then felt the intense heat and held his breath. He turned to look at Maddy and he noticed that she had made glass!"
"Wow! Maddy, that's awesome hehe!"
He said as he sat in the damp sand.

"How about you make something and I turn it into a statue for you?" That in mind, she decided she'd draw a picture in the sand and preserve that. "You work on that, I'm gonna go find some stuff." She walked off to the woods to find some twigs. Obviously she'd couldn't use a pencil, and the picture couldn't be big so she'd need something with a very small tip.

Memo ran over to the picture and examined it. He then realized he was gonna need help.
"Come on out Etina!"
Memo released his Kirlia and had her use Psychic to pick up sand and mold it.

Arekku looked at Memo then at Maddy. "Statues?" He asked himself not very audibly.

Maddy came back with a twig and lay down in the sand, using the twig to draw. At the moment, the picture looked like nothing. But she already had it drawn out in her mind. She stayed silent as she worked. "..."

Memo said as he examined Etina molding the shape that Maddy drew.
"How are you? Oh hehe, and yes...statues."

Maddy's picture was now recognizable. It was two people, a boy and girl, sitting on a rock out in the ocean. The boy was sitting, staring out into the distance with tear-filled eyes, and the girl was on her knees and hugging him from behind. Maddy was now adding in the details. She remained silent. "..."

"I guess I'd be alright had I not been cursed with this MPD." He grumbled the end of the sentence. A few shadows flickered in the trees, Arekku rolled his eyes at them and concentrated on the picture that Maddy was drawing.

Memo glanced at Maddy's picture and wondered, but kept it in his head. He remained silent and signaled Etina to keep working and do as Maddy does to the picture. The Kirlia nodded and remained working, sand in the air, molding and shaping into the boy and girl.
"So, Maddy and Arreku are you having fun?"
The boy asked as he played with the sand in his fingers.
