Nia's 'beauty' is enough to start a war (it's a reference to Helen) but only if the people warring were male idiots. If Fleur needed a break from political tension, he'd just have to send her out and have her start a war between all the lands pressuring his territory and pick up the pieces after a long jacuzzi bath.

   It came from how Claire wouldn't know what to think of Nia showed up in Dawnlands.
Of course, the effects of Nia's appearance only work on the rank and file. Certain people have endurance against her, namely officers who have earned their rank (not bought it,) people who honestly don't or can't give a damn, and people who are used to pretty people (usually the pretty people in their mirrors).
Nia is still sitting on a box right now... owo;;;

I enjoyed my fabulous sweet fifteen on Halloween and crashed a Sonata in to a pole the very next few days...
I'm back from the grave though, so.......sorry I guess?

I'm "premitted" to drive since I got "premission" from my "permit". As long as a somebody else in the car has a drivers lincense, I can legally run down people and not get in any legal trouble! Or so I'm told stare

You'll have to excuse me as you have to be 16 in my state to get your permit. I forget that it differs elsewhere.
The licensed adult must also be over 21, unless that also differs from state to state.
And I don't think you can actually run the person over, but I have yet to find someone worth the trouble of it all so I can't say from experience.
At least, someone worth the trouble that is conveniently standing in the street or along it.
