I told him, "No." when he asked to fight me, and stated reasons.
So now he's constantly coming in here grumbling and trying to get someone to fight with him. And its beginning to bother me.

You've tried saying "no" and ignoring him. And when women say no they usually mean yes. So get IC and settle it like the old days. The old days when things made sense. And there was only one place to rp. And any drama that took place was about who kicked whose a**.

I already fought him once before. If I remember correctly, he had a black hole in his chest or something to that effect and tried to suck me into it, and also went on to explain how it wouldn't kill the audience around him. And he had some super powerful bionic Guyver Armor ripoff or some such as well.
That was during HoH 06 I think.
Now, from what I can tell, he's alot like Joshua with his uber healing factor, except he's even worse with all the other crap he's got on his character. Do I want to fight that? No. I don't. It totally isn't worth the headache.

In regular Leviathan fights, Judges are only called in under special circumstances. HoH is not run like normal Levi fights. If you and I have a disagreement that we can't solve between you and I talking it out, then and ONLY then do we bug someone to act as a judge.
Otherwise, we're on our own.
So, if you want to fight, tell me when you're going to be online for more than ten damn minutes at a time, and we can throw down. I don't want to be doing this one post at a time crap...
