I am sorry for posting this random comment, but has anyone heard of the band called Tom Riddle & Friends? It's a hilarious band (on Myspace, I believe) who makes songs from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named's point of view in a humorous manner.
I was just wondering because I've never heard of anyone else who has heard about them. smile Besides, their music always makes me laugh on a bad day!

March_Hare` I can't say that I have ever listened to any Wrock...o.O Though now I look some up. I hope it is good as you all seem to agree that it is. I shall look it up soon as I have some free time. When I say good, I generally mean it's great fun and sort of like an inside joke, that is, I think, a perfect description. We get it because of our enjoyment from Harry Potter, and can therefore appreciate it. They mostly have a garage band feel, especially Harry and the Potters. It's very rough and amateurish, I mean that in a good way. But you do find some really high quality singers and overall songs. But Wrock isn't for everyone. If you like Weird Sisters from GoF chances are you will like Wrock. Half the fun, or at least for me, is weeding out Wrock bands I like from the rest. Hope that helps and gets you in the correct state of mind for Wizard Rock. Have fun with your future listening ^_^ @Yuudai Sasaki. No, I haven't heard of Tom Riddle and Friends. They sound deliciously evil so I will check them out.

Tom Riddle and Friends are wonderful. The Acoustic Love Collection III is genius. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thanks again! @ March: I am just feeling wonderful today. Thank you for asking, and how are you?

My best friend is very much into wizard rock, and she has helped me get into listening to some of it. However, I don't usually listen to it on a normal basis. I'm much more for when she's in town, if there is a show in the area, we'll drive out to it.
I've had the chance to see The Remus Lupins, Draco and the Malfoys, and Harry and the Potters. All of them were really fun shows (Draco and the Malfoys & Harry and the Potters were one show together).

Hey guys. Sorry I'm not as active. My laptop is down, and my home computer is slower than molasses in the middle of winter.

Crystal_Gazer94 I'm gonna check out these bands!
EDIT: Harry and the Potters is just TOO Indie for me... *giggles* I know what you mean. But I think that's why I love em, if that makes sense. Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls have a very professional sound, and he has an unusually great voice. "Open at the Close" is about Harry at the end of deathly Hallows, "Bridge to the other side" about Sanpe's love of Lily, the first thing to actually make me like Snape, if only for a bit, "End of an Era" about the end of the series. You may need some tissues. And I second Yuudai Sasaki about Tom Riddle and Friends. They are terrific and gosh "Voldy is a Softy" I think I stopped breathing at one point for laughing. "Song for a Squib" is also beautiful, sweet and funny. I hope these offer better listening for you, and I am very sorry if they are not to your taste and I waste your time. And a million house points should go to Yuudai Sasaki for recommending TRAF, I always love hearing more great Wrock *huggles* Can't wait to hear "Bellatrix" is there another place on the web to hear more of their songs? March_Hare` Iki, your avatar is looking absolutely gorgeous! Plus you have an absolutely cute Smore signature. How are you doing today? Thank you whee I'm usually not the best at putting my avatar's outfits together. I created the Smore graphic in honor of the actual Smore, a plushie that my friend sent to me for Christmas/my birthday! I'm not having a good week, but I think that means things should get better 3nodding ... I hope sweatdrop How are you? Speaking of well-dressed avatars, yours is always well-put together! I wish I had that talent with coordination of items.

I hope your week gets better, and once you hit the bottom there is no place else to go but up, don't you agree? I'm am okay for having lack of sleep amongst other such things. Thanks, I just felt like doing an avatar that matched that crown I just bought so recently...I couldn't help myself. I would have done it sooner but I had to keep my yule outfit on.

I'm really jealous (especially Remus Lupins) that guy is so cute. Alas I live in Australia so my chances of seeing any Wrock is very slim. And I second Marchs view, your avatar is so beautiful! You did a fine job heart @ Yuudai. If I could give you the house points I would. Without a moments hesitation, but perhaps not that much, the other houses will think I'm doing a Snape.
