y'all can call me Newt, because only 3 people call me by my given name (mom, dad, and my sis) I'm the oldest of 4 siblings, and youngest of 5 at the same time (i was adopted). I'm a geek at heart, i enjoy RP games, most music and good wine.

Hello everyone!
My name is Prokopy, both on gaia and in real life. I am 44 years of age. I live in Russia so i apologise if my english is not good and i shoud like it if you will correct me I have not been learning english for long and would like to get better. Anyway, I have a lovely wife caled Yesfir (she is not on gaia) and we have been marry for 26 years.

My son Roman and his wife Zdzislawa are to have my first grandchild in 3 months and i am very much looking forward to that. biggrin
I was in the Russian Strategic Rocket Force, which is like an army type, for lots of years but i had an accident and had to leave, now i am just a dad who stays at home but i do some work with the care home that looks after my oldest son.
My hobbies are Ice hockey which i like to play, gymnastics, which i like to watch especailly my kids doing it. I also like architecture, opera, art and i like to make Matryoshka dolls.
I think i have written too much now so i will stop, I hope to enjoy myself here and maybe make some new friends, goodbye

Hi, I'm new to the guild (just joined today).
My real life name is Jenny and I am 30 years old (31 this October). I live with Jeff, whom you will hear me refer to as my husband (he isn't...not offically anyways but we've been together for 12 years so as far as I'm concerned he's my husband) in northern Minnesota. We have four children together: Galen Micheal (10 years old and just like his father; he loves video games and artwork), Anastastia Ceres Rose (8 years old and all girl with a sick sense of humor and a love of scary movies), Alexandria Hope (5 years old and a very sly tomboy) and Gabrielle Kiera-Marie (3 years old and all sweetness and love).
I'm a licensed practical nurse but currently a stay at home mom due to my sons mental health issues. I love reading fantasy and historical fiction(The Light Bearer by Donna Gillespie, anything about ancient Celtic society (Morgan Llewellyn is an excellent author), etc), watching movies with my husband when we have the time (some of my faves are I Am Sam, Pay it Forward, Labyrinth, Pan's Labyrinth, and Bram Stoker's Dracula), keeping up on my fave TV shows (CSI, SVU, Stargate, Jericho, House, American Idol, Dr. Who, Dresdin Files), cross-stitching, Scrapbooking, doing things with my kids, and listening to music (a diverse selection ranging from country to folk/Celtic to old hair metal bands to opera and classical and just about everything in between (though I am not found of rap/hip-hop and most newer pop music)), and I also enjoy the occasional video game (The Sims and Oblivion are my current faves).
Anyways, I am looking forward to meeting all of you.

Hi, everyone. It was nice to join this guild. I was just looking for a place I could hang out and talk about the pressures of being a new parent when I found this place.
My name's Randi, I'm 21. My first child shall be born on November 13th, or so my doctors want to proclaim. I'm a married fangirl, if you can believe that. My husband says I'm just a big kid myself, so I should make a great mother. *shrug* I'm stay-at-home at this point, taking care of the house and food while my husband makes most our money. It's old fashioned, but it works. My husband is from Argentina. He doesn't seem to mind that much at all.
I am a big video game advocate, being a fan of the Tales series, and most other RPGs that I can get my hands on. My brother and I draw manga together.

Hello all ^.^ I'm 25 and the mother of the lovely Hannah, my kindergarten kid. I'm a 'single' mother in that I am not and never was married to her father. We still get along fine though, and we found it was much easier to be happy parents when we are separate.
I'm a full time bartender, it pays the bills and then some... and I have an amazing boyfriend who I hope one day will be more.
I love being on the internet and I always have, ever since I was like 17 I think... I spent so much time on the net back then, and now even still. But the net is so much better now, especially with Gaia ^.^ I'm crazy about Gaia.
I'd like to make some new friends who have this parenting thing in common with me, so feel free to send me random PMs or whatever... and I'll see you around the guild!

Hello!
My name is Michelle, but I also go by Tinnumir, Tinny, or Michey. I'm 21 and married since October 27th, '06. My husband and I are expecting our first (and only, if I have anything to say about it) around the same time as our first anniversary. We live in Columbus, Ohio, but I'm originally from North Dakota, and my husband grew up on Long Island (NY).
Currently I work nights at Target taking down old displays and setting up the new ones. In my spare time I like to mess around on the internet (I met my hubby here heart ), cross stitch a little bit when I get around to it, and spend time with my husband. Back in hs I used to be really into theatre and music (I sing and play the cello), but I haven't had much of a chance to be involved in either of those since I left ND.

Hi. My name is Rosa. I am 19, married and one have kidlet so far. His name is Landon and he is almost a year old now. He's just about the cutest little guy that ever lived. heart Anyways, I've been married since I was 17, my husband is the only person that I have ever been with and I am proud of this. I am also transgendered. I was born female, but I do not feel like a woman. Mu husband loves me for who I am, but of course it's been hard on him. So, hi, nice to meet everyone.

-waves- Hi there, name is Tara I am 27 years old, 28 later this year. I am happily married to Brad and the mother of three youngins:
Austin Alexander - 10 - full of life and VERY active/creative child who is also special needs. It has been a roller coaster and I think always will be with my little man. We have had drastic behaviors because of his special needs that are negative and have done hospitals, residential centers and intense round the clock therapy with counselors actually in my home. He has been a gift to me though. He has taught me so many things in life that I just can not begin to possibly explain. He has the heart of a 1000 men, is overwhelmingly compassionate and loving and just a very artistic personality.
Rylan Marie - 5 - she is my girl girl. Nail polish and dresses all the way. She is more excited about new clothes as a present then toys and rarely if ever really plays with toys - which at times I find odd but hey its just who she is. She is developmentally behind due to complications at birth (born without a heart beat/breathing but resuscitated) but is QUICKLY catching up. She did not start talking until last year at 4 and since then has made amazing progress. She is very intelligent her ability to comprehend things has always been amazing despite the fact she couldn't talk.
Sandra Celeste - 3- well shes been a little fighter from the very begining. At 11 weeks in utero I was told that she would die before birth. She had what was called a Cystic Hygroma, or growth on the back of her head that prohibited her brain and spine from developing. We went through the pregnancy as high risk up until about my 5th month when they told me that she was hurting me and to continue the pregnancy would ultimately cost me my life. I begged pleaded and ultimately talked my doctor into waiting just 2 more weeks at which point we went in for the 4D ultrasound and the growth had literally just disappeared. She started to grow and devlop at a normal rate and did very well until the 28th week. I went in for my glucose test but before they started I asked them to check her, I just didn't feel right. She was moving but not like she normally did and I was stressed about it. When they checked her they said that they had to take her because if they didn't she would die before the end of the day. They took her that day 12 weeks early. Her heart started to fail in utero. Needless to say here she is 3 years later strong as an ox and healthier then the other 2. She has completely caught up and just been discharged from all her therapy programs because she actually functions on a 4-5 year old level. She is a tomboy through and through and her personality is still just as determined and strong willed as ever.
That is my amazing little family and I look forward to getting to know you all better, and hopefully meet some that will be good friends. Its always nice talking to other parents online.

I am 32 years old and live in Ontario Canada and am with my common-in-law Husband Scott and we have 2 beautiful sons named Adam, who is 7 now and Matthew who is 1 and a half.
I am a full time stay-at-home mom while Scott works nights so i'm usually around on here especially once the little man is sleeping and I can finally enjoy my coffee lmao.

Hi My name is Laura, I was married last August and I'm in the final month of my pregnancy and hoping I'll go into labour early. I don't know if I'm having a girl or boy, but I do know I've got a healthy, 'big' lil' kicker going on. Not a huge shock, I'm average sized but my hubs is 6'5" and doesn't look tall until you come close to him cos he's built so proportionally... he's a big man, and his siblings are all huge too. My kid is gonna outgrow me at 12 lol. I'm 20 and my husband is 22. I used to be really into drawing and anime and stuff but just not so much in the mood lately... But I love photography and scrapbooking. I'm a wierd girly girl, as in, I look like a girly girl, I dress like a girly girl, and often I even act like a girly girl, but I often seem to think like a total guy. My husband's the touchy-feely one. You'd never know to look at us though! lol. This is me 35 weeks pregnant (desaturated picture)
