The Bank was approved by Emperor Azazel Drosselmeyer, or at least a proxy, that thought it was a good Idea. The Bank is currently run by the Emperor/Empress, something like a royal treasury. Evelyn has been going though the most recent things signed in by the last Emperor. JUST the recent things, which weren’t a lot. She saw this, and instantly ordered the bank to halt taking notes until further notice so that she could speak to the person that started the subsidiary about a couple things that the proxy/Azazel should have done before allowing, which all together shouldn't take more then five letters back and forth.
Second bit about how the Empress found out about Esther being in his hands I will just be blunt about. Titanus invited a very
loyal imperial ally, The Princesses own sister. Not a single spy was used and it wasn't my responsibility to contact you, I did not just "Play" as if though they've happened. However if you like I can make sure
anything with Titanus' name in it is triple checked has gone though you so long as the same is done whenever the Empresses name is involved.
About the bank:
Sure thing, though the wording in the letter
made it difficult for me to discern this.
The princess:I feel like mentioning in the letter (in
parentheses perhaps) that this was
how she knew would have gone a long
way. Just as you feel it was not your
responsibility to lay all your cards on
the table, I feel it is/was not mine to
intuit that the queen reported what
had happened at the meeting,
especially when we haven't seen
those too interact face-to-face or
via correspondence since. I realise
that some information is exchanged
in private, but it is polite to mention
this in some way in public (when
Youkimi told Dixon what had happened
at the meeting of powers, it was
mentioned in character; other instances
of this were treated this way). I would
like to say that I have done this with
Evelyn so far, but the two really haven't
had any interactions to speak of, and,
as mentioned above, the information
Dixon knows regarding the empress
is accounted for. I cannot say the same
in reverse. If I am mistaken, I would
appreciate a link to post(s) in which
you reference/outline Evelyn obtaining
said information from Elentiya. To
humor your reciprocity, I would do
the same.
