I have to focus and listen to it I don't know how many times before I can start picking the music apart. Like just the other day I was listening to Love the Way You Lie and I finally picked up on the bass drum in it. cat_sweatdrop

I studied music for six years so it's become an unintentional habit.

Military. My sister graduated from basic training Friday. I half envy how skinny she is now. Only half because she's on the bit too skinny end. When she changed out of her uniform all I could think was "Holy s**t she looks anorexic."

Oh no doubt. I was just shocked at how much she lost. I mean when she went in she had a bit of fat but now she just almost looks like skin and bones.

She OK? Like I know when you're in a situation where you can't control much, and you're under stress, some people control what they can - like their bodies and what they eat.
Not saying this situation is anything like that, but I dunno, you'd expect her to have built muscle, not just lost weight. Skin and bones isn't an image I associate with the military. Of course having said that, sometimes when you lose weight the people around you default to saying things like "you're just sin and bones!" even when you ARE building serious muscle.
I have some muscle in my arms and legs now, that I've always wanted to have, but even I think of myself sometimes "damn, I have skinny arms". I have fair abdominal muscle - mostly from dumbbells and pilates, no active attempts to build muscle there - but you can still see and count all my ribs. it's just the way I'm built and I eat tons of bad food.
But yeah, I thought I'd raise the comment. Although I guess in the military you wouldn't last the day if you weren't fuelling properly.

Yeah she's ok. My mom got better looks at her than I did. But its also how she holds herself too. My mom was saying how she lost the little bit of pudge she had and is starting to get the outline of a 6 pack. But when I was looking at her she was like kinda standing pushing her belly out making her hand a really weird curve. It reminded me of this one girl I went to high school with who was like 105 or something like that. But my sister's not as skinny as her. Last time she got weighed she was 121. And she's probably gained some of her lost weight back while she's home cat_whee We've been doing a lot of eating out cat_sweatdrop She's been saying that she wants at least one home cooked meal before she goes back cat_whee And it hasn't exactly happened yet. cat_sweatdrop

I can barely last two hours without food normally. I guess you could say I'm contantly grazing - I don't think I eat any more than a normal person would. I just tend to stretch it out over the day. That and the fact that I can get pretty hyper and I tend to "crash" afterwards. I don't need sugar to be hyper. xd

I would really like to be more active but I don't have a consistent connection to the internet. It is a huge pain in some ways, but its also kinda nice to live without the major distraction. Just saying.

iKill: I used to be the same way. But my problem is that its all junk that I eat. Today I ate like half a bag of croutons and 5/8 of a pepperoni pizza. And I'm sitting here staring at a jar of peanuts. Its kinda calling my name.
Zoe: I get lost when I don't have internet anymore. We didn't have internet over at my boyfriend's on Tuesday. The whole day I was hanging out with his mom like "What am I going to do? I can't get online! Gah! What am I going to do?" But it was nice watching movies with his mom. Then his dad came home and started making comments because of the movie we were watching cat_whee

Yami: I eat a fair mix of junk and more healthy stuff. I probably don't eat as much fruit as I should but as Summer's getting closer that will change - fruit salads ftw. And fruit smoothies. And sometimes we freeze small cubes of watermelon - so good on hot days! xd
Zoe: When I have access to the internet, I have a hard time getting off it. If I'm out somewhere with no access (e.g. the two weeks I spent in the Flinders Ranges) then I really don't care. I'm happy either way.

I was trying so hard not to tell off that girl in HOT. I was in such a fowl mood yesterday. I don't know how many times I wanted to say "You sound so ******** childish. Grow the ******** up."
