Kai's ears began to twitch as a mightmare replaced his dream...
A firey crash resounded through the clearing. From the smoke and ashes rose a figure of pure darkness, a perment feeling of dread clung to the air around him. Holding out a hand it point at Kai. We will come for you Fighter... We will come and destroy all you hold dear... Your world will be ours to devour and crush beneath our heel... We'll see you soon Fighter... The being of darkness leaped at Kai, talon like finger exteneding toward Kai's throat as a supernutural war cry sliced through the air...

Arya felt something claw at her mind, realizing that it must be from a dream or nightmare that he was having. As she heard the cry, she winced, her hand squeezing his. Her hand moved from his hair to his face, then sliding beneath him to pull him close to her, his head resting upon her chest. "I'm here Kai... Come back to the light. Let no darkness harm you. Return to the light!" She called into his nightmare, reaching her hand into his nightmare to pull him back with her, closing her eyes as she let her warmth envelope him. Please... She was worried, she could feel the dark that lurked in his mind then, and it chilled her even if it were only a nightmare.

The darkness envopled Kai, trying to drown him. His limbs felt heavy and ladened as he struggled to fight back. Kai had almost given up hope when he heard Ayra's voice calling to him. He reached for her hand and pulled out of the crushing blackness. You can not escape us... We'll meet again soon enough... the being hissed as Kai burst awake.
He was soaked with sweat and breathing heavily. "Ayra!?" he whispered, eyes revovling around the room in search of her. Kai was still disoriented from the nightmare.

She was really worried, holding him a little tighter, leading him out of his nightmare, opening her eyes as she felt him return to consciousness. She shoved the dark from her mind since she felt it linger, panting a little from the strain. She hadn't expected it to be that difficult. "I'm right here Kai, I haven't gone anywhere." She murmured, kissing his forehead as she gave him a faint smile to try and hide her worry. "You are back in the light, there's nothing to fear now..." She held out her free hand and let his sweat gather there before dissipating into the air.

Kai took Ayra's hand and pressed the back of her hand against his lips. It hadn't been the first time that this had happend. But this time it was the first time that it had gotten this far. Usually it only reached to right after the crash when the shadow figure appeared... It was the main reason Kai was preferring work to sleep these days. As every dream ended with the nightmare and him yerking awake. "Now you see why I haven't been sleeping much..." he whispered, looking up at Ayra. "I'm sorry for not telling you... I just didn't want you to worry." he rubbed Ayra's hand between his.

Arya watched him, her brows furrowing as she lowered her eyes. I got you more involved.... Otherwise this force would be bothering me, not you.... She shook her head, kissing him tenderly, allowing her lips to touch his forehead, her hand running along his back in a comforting manner. "It's fine Kai. You should know me though, I'll worry anyways. But when did this start? What do they say to you? I could feel your emotions, but I couldn't distinguish what was happening." She asked softly, adding telepathically, "You don't have to answer if you'd rather not. But if they are bothering you because of me.... " She knew he would understand, pushing the last of the black from her mind. This is the first instance we've heard of it having telepathic abilities.... It would explain how the planet always falls into such a state of chaos thats the perfect field for it.....

((Night! I probably should too... I have to get up at 7 tomorrow x-x))
Kai sighed. "It started when we uncovered an artifact in our ancient valuts. We were looking for legends on the Planer Eater when we found it. Tonight was the first time it actually spoke to me. Usually I only get as far as its appearence from a crashed asteriod... It said..." Kai closed his eyes as he tried to remember. "It said... We will come for you Fighter... We will come and destroy all you hold dear... Your world will be ours to devour and crush beneath our heel... We'll see you soon Fighter..." he opened his eyes and looked at Ayra to see that familiar look in her eyes. "Now Ayra, this is not your fault. For all we know the Planet Eater could do this on every planet he sets his sights on. And I much rather it be me then you... You have enough to deal with and I don't think I could stand seeing you in anymore pain." he stated simply, rasing a hand to rest it on Arya's cheek.

Arya's expression became very hard to read as he told her of his nightmares, it was obvious she was holding back her expression of alarm and replacing it with a thoughtful one. She couldn't help but lower her eyes again, he knew her too well, a brief smile flittering across her features. She touched her hand to his, sighing as she looked at the opposite wall. "It most likely does. It would explain many things about how a planet would start to suddenly go into chaos and attract it. It would explain why we suddenly have a group against the demons among my people when most hate people hold would be dead." She stiffened at a thought she had, loosening her arms hold around him. "Kai.... if this thing starts talking to and controlling the Marines...." She was alarmed now, and didn't bother hiding it, starting to move as if to get out of bed when she felt a telekinetic pull, frowning. Her brother knew her better. So she just sat back, even though she was more anxious to get some things in motion, otherwise they would have no time to prepare a counter attack to the Bolygó Evő.
"The others need to know as soon as possible. We're running quickly out of time. Include Jessica in this, she's the only one who can talk to the Marines. Priya will be there as well to help you explain. I will have Jarrod, Nathaniel, and Yuki help me work on something to try and interfere with this telepathic ability. I know, I shouldn't be working, but you also know that I'm going to anyways. As for that artifact that you found, I would get that artifact away from everyone, it could be another being that will join with the Bolygó Evő when it comes or else it is part of the Bolygó Evő itself. Hell it could be the source of this telepathic connection." She murmured, closing her eyes with a sigh as she leaned her head against the headboard of her bed. "I'm sorry to ask this of you after waking from such a nightmare..." She hated feeling rushed like this, it put her on edge, opening her eyes to look down to him with a tender look in her eyes.

Kai smiled softly and sat up. "It's alright, I don't mind. But only on the promise that that cute butt of yours doesn't leave the bed." he stated, a grin playing across his face. Kai leaned in and kissed her. "Just don't do anything stupid while I'm gone... That's what I'm for." he joked, leaning his forehead against hers, he closed his eyes. I love you Ayra.

Arya relaxed a little, chuckling at the phrasing of his request, nodding. "Fine... I don't think I could leave anyways." She murmured, kissing him in return, sending a message to her siblings to gather some things for her from her lab. She laughed lightly, shaking her head at his jest, her hand coming up to rest upon his cheek. "I love you too Kai. Május a könnyű megvéd ön." May the Light protect you. She knew it may seem silly to wish someone safe when they weren't fighting yet, but even now things were steadily growing more dangerous. "If you need me, just call me. Alright? Don't worry about disturbing me."

Kai chuckled. Are you kidding me? Malachia would have my head. Kai teased, just enjoying finally being able to be this close to her. "Besides who much trouble can a neko get into?" he asked, trying to stifle a grin. "f it makes you feel better, I promise I won't hop into an volcanoes on the way back."

"He would not!" Arya chuckled, raising an eyebrow at the rhetorical question. "Plenty." She answered, rolling her eyes a bit as she poked his nose lightly. "You better not." She shook her head, her lips finding his again. "Be patient with Jessica, she's rather frustrated right now because no one can tell her anything. Among other emotional issues she's having." She pointed out after she pulled away a couple of moments later, brushing her hair back with a hand.

He drew out the kiss a little longer before leaning back a bit. Kai titled his head at Ayra's mention of Jessica. He didn't know what she meant by other emotional issues, but wrote it off as home sickness or such. "You know me, patient as can be... I waited for you didn't I?" Kai asked, before leaning in to kiss her again. He could really get use to being able to do this.

Arya noted his reaction, inwardly sighing. Perhaps it's better he doesn't understand. She smiled, "That you did." She deepened the kiss a little, her hand coming to rest on the side of his neck, having to force herself to pull back. "You are also very distractable. You must go now my sweet." She murmured, pecking his lips once more, sighing lightly. "Duty calls both of us. We'll have time later."

Kai smiled. "I look forward to it." he kissed Ayra's hand as a stood up. "Be back before you know it." In a gust of wind Kai was gone.
Floating gently to the ground back at the human base, he scratched his head as he looked around. "Now where could that Jessica could have got to?"
