"My physical state is fine," she stated, although admittedly she still had those burns on her chest and that cut from the spirit on her arm. "However I am still blind, which I find unsettling..." she admitted, only a tiny bit of fear slipping into her voice. She didn't like seeing energy instead of colors and shapes and all of the normal things.

He was still slightly annoyed at Sammy's lack of emotions.

"I am not sure," she admitted. "I was practicing my hybrid abilities and I realized that when I blinked, if I focused, I could see the energy around me. But it went awry and the effects became permanent... Although I do not believe in curses, this may be part of a curse that a spirit Arekku was in contact with put on me," she stated rather sorrowfully, "looking" over at Dark. "However, there are other things to be talking about at this time. Was your night well?" she questioned.

"However, there are other things to be talking about at this time. Was your night well?" she questioned. He finishes his coffee and lights up a cigarette. "I wouldn't exactly call my night an important thing to talk about but it wasn't bad. It felt like I hadn't slept in a bed in a long time." It appears that his amnesia was still around. "I had a dream about you last night by the way~" He didn't really, he dreamed about flying around on a Voltorb. He was just trying to get a reaction from her.

Sammy cocked a curious eye brow. "I assume that is because you had seen me before going to sleep, and therefore had me on your mind," she stated factually.

Dark rubs the back of his head. "That was uhh... just me trying to get you to show some emotion." He wasn't being completely honest but was too macho to admit the truth.

"I guess my next question would be better served to another man," she said quietly, as if she had not expected him to answer in such a way. His gut sinks a bit. He could tell he said the wrong thing. "Well I mean... If I was going to kiss you seriously I'd prefer a more romantic scenery.... But uhh..."He felt stupid. The fact that he said something insincere was gnawing at him on the inside. "I mean I don't think it's right with the way you are now... I mean I've lived around machines and I suppose you could call them my passion it's just not THAT kind of passion..."He wasn't sure what he was saying anymore but he was doing his best to hint at his emotions without actually admitting them.

She moved to the couch, feeling the coffee table with her hand to make it there, and sat down.

"I don't know why you have to hold back your feelings. If you truly feel so strongly about something... I think you should be emotional about it. I mean emotions are a basic motivation for everything."

Sammy jumped from the couch, twirling herself gracefully over it and landing before Dark. She grabbed the collar of his shirt, a defiant snarl crossing her features. "Do not tell me how to achieve my dreams! If it were up to you, I would probably be dead by now!" she spat, her blind eyes still looking menacing. This was exactly like her burst of anger a few days before; uncalled for. It seemed her pent-up emotions were beginning to get to her.
