Dr E: I figured it was something like that. But he did not have the level one on his character so I was not sure what to move up to level two.

He labled it wrong. It was Kikuta Gaze. I double checked in the technique list.

this pisses me off, a friend calls me and i go to talk to him(not good service where i'm at) when i come out my mom is using my computer and replaced a tab and then closed 2 of them.
