He'll basically be a god that watches the shinobi world. And he controls everything that goes on in the Tsukiyomi. Even time and space, physics. Everything lol Ah, and we have to try our hardest to stop this invasion? Why Konoha? You should take over Suna or something, its like, the most dead over there. LOL that depends on all of you because apparently y'all are going crazy over snow to realize that he can kill everyone in the Tsukiyomi simultaneously lol (I would not do that by the way but it gives you something to think about). He would also control the outlook. He could give it a depressing look or you guys could live in a demonic world with demons from his mind. It's up to y'all but the Snow option is still there XP (This is not going to happen yet. As I said this might be done in the future). You my friend. Are badass.

No, this is going to be a world government system where Rai controls the weather throughout the guild so that we will have stable weather communications and there will indeed be rain for battles. This is a beneficial idea, however Azn is skewing it to be a massive world takeover. In reality, it is just the crew members seeking your opinion on implementing more accurate weather systems.
For example, we might set up a schedule of weather events. On certain days, Rai may decide he would prefer snow to hit Amegakure and so it shall. Each village would create a schedule for one month ((1-31 days)), and we would allow this to be implemented so that on 1, 2, 5, 6, 13, 15, 22, 31 of any month in real life would correspond to rain in Amegakure, 4 may correspond to drought in Amegakure, and other days may just be foggy.
Such systems would be an added tactical element, and certain events ((like rain)) would boost or lower the efficiency of jutsu.
Azn, please do not misinterpret the idea anymore.

Once again, only 31 days of weather would be needed and seasons would be counted for within those 31 days.

That's your idea XD But you idea does sound like a good idea. My idea was taking over the shinobi world and waging war on the land of iron since they are immune to genjutsu. The Tsukiyomi would have no effect on them.

The Tsukiyomi would have no effect on them. The only reason for attacking the Land Of Iron was to introduce them into the arc. For members to approve this system, the weather ideas is much more important. I may create a poll if their is positive feedback on this system.
