"Rest is not required," Sammy stated simply. Luckily her pokemon half had allowed the wounds to heal more quickly, although her chest did still ache and she would most likely have permanent scars. "Goodbye, Memo," she said after him.

"A bit better." Ginji sighed deeply. "It's been a long week already. At least Friday is present day." he smiled, thinking of snow and sugarplums.

Sammy took a moment to listen to the voice. "Good evening, Brian," she said, deciding to opt out for the second question. People had been asking her that too much, as of late. "Ginji, I believe it would be best for you to get more rest," she supplied, turning her blind eyes to him. "You have been troubled."

Sammy frowned at this, confused by Ginji using her own words to his advantage. "...Alright. Have you attempted to find Maddy?" Okay, so maybe not the best subject to start out with, but it was something.

"No, but I doubt at this point she wants to be found." Ginji chuckled a bit, a shot of pain seeming to stab him in the heart. "I actually got a full 10 hours last night. Perfect for a search party." he laughed slightly.

"I honestly do not know if trying to find her in her... unstable state is a good idea. She seems very powerful," Sammy commented dryly, not-so-obviously a bit peeved about nearly having her chest ripped out. "But I suppose a search party would be wise." She then looked at Brian near the tree. "Are you enjoying yourself?" she asked, almost amusedly.
