Aella smiled. "Our family is just growing." She picked her staff up that was leaning aginst the wall, fixed her viel and nodded. "Sure. They won't mind if I steer their ship, will they?" Refering to the powers of her staff, of course."
"I will have Tanundra fetch him." The dragon, in human form of course, took his leave then. No need for mind to mind communication to tlel him what his orders were. "Roarke will know why the dragon has been sent."
Naga, finally being adress, stood up and gave a little flourish of her cloak. "I am Naga the Serpent! Captain of the Dark Seraphim." But then she scowled. "I was told to come and meet you some time ago. But you're late." She fisted her hands at her sides.

Tarathiel nodded to Meilikki first, then turned his attention to Aella. "I am not sure how they will recieve you, but you are probably quite capable of dealing with them."
"You have been opperating in the vecinity of Deep Water for several tenday, mostly small scale raids and the like. You are quite efficient at staying out of trouble, Naga the Serpent, Captain of the Dark Saraphim."
"I was busy killing Illithids and spying on my enemies. Not to mention, single handedly destoying the advanced wing of some gobliniod army."

Tanundra was the faster of his family, already transformed and on his way, and with the shortcuts he knew of, it would not be long before the dragn would find himslef on Roarke's from step. Where the mage greeted and fed him, listened to what he ahd to say, and shrugging his shoudlers, climbed atop the dragon's back.
Aella tapped her staff on the floor. "Yay. See you in a few." She knuckled her forehead and left out the front way.
Naga's steam was still rolling. "Yeah? What's your point?" But then her eyes went wide and she inhaled deeply. "An Illithid?" She stepped right up close to Kimmureil. "Tell me the story! Please, oh please!?"

Taking a short step back, "Well, the Illithid had ambushed me and cut off my retreat by destroying the cavern behind me, he began to pulverize my brain with his various attacks when I picked up a rock and threw it at his head. He laughed, and said 'A rock won't stop me' but I replied, 'That purple worm will.' Which was when the colossal creature reared and bite him in twine." The drow smiled, "I guess you are from Dominia. What do you do for a living, as in, are you a priestess, a wizard or a fighter?"

She dropped her amrs to her sides. "That's it?"
Meilikki chuckled.
"How anti-climactic. I tohught as the sun of Lloth you'd be.." she held her arms up, moving them up and down like scales. "Bigger."
"Sorcersess Pirate I suppose you could call me."

"If I was bigger, I would hit my head on far too many low cealings." Tarathiel replied. "No, that didn't happen."
"Well sorceress pirate, why are you here?"

She sat down, crossing her arms, and refused to loook at the drow. "I was confronted, dragged through several portals by people saying "You should meat the captain," and I've beenw aiting for you ever since." She peeked at him out of the corner of her eyes. "What a dissapointment."
Tanundra landed utside, Roarke dismounting and after speaking his name, opened to door and stepped isnide. "I was called?" He asked.
Luck was with the young half-elf, s it did not take long for her to find the ship, not did it take much skill to shift the winds and bring the ship to shore. She called out, because she was pretty sure she wasn't well liked all of a sudden. "Oi! I'm looking for a Halfling! I have a freind who wishes to speak with him!"

"Well, if you are going to be that way I will not offer you a job." Tarathiel told Naga. He turned his head to see the wizard he had never meet walking in.
"Hi, I guess you are the wizard Roarke. I have almost gathered all the people who were captured or battled with the demi-lich in one place." He smiled, "A tempting target if your destruction was his goal." The drow chuckled, "We'll wait for a few minutes to let my other guests arrive before I start explaining why you are all here, Including you Naga the Serpent."
The ship rolled towards the shore, and landed softly on the beach. "A friend?" Elric asked the halfling who was wearing a very finely crafted dwarven helmet.
"I only have one person not on this ship who calls me that." Replied Gil-Hadriel.
"Excellent. Celeste-"
"Elric, we are in no shape to attempt to assassinate this drow."
"But our sailors and our people-" Elric shouted at the woman near him, "We must fight him with each breath or their deaths are meaningless.!"
"Their deaths are meaningless. Gil, come with me. Elric, stay here." Celeste ordered, which much to Elric's surprise, he obeyed.
Dismounting from the ship, Celeste and Gil approached the woman on the shore, "Greetings." Celeste said as she bowed, "I am Celeste of the GTS Inegrity."

Naga set her jaw. "Fine. I will be that way." Then mumbled sometihng under her breath.
Roarke waved. "Hi. I beleive I've hear dof you. Tarathiel, right?" But he just smiled and took a seat next to his cousin, whom he had only met once. "I didn't tihnk I've be called here if it was not important."
Meilikki reached out and patted the mage on the shoudler. "We have yet to find out. KimKim has not told us anytihng yet." She smiled.
Aella bowed as well. "I am Aella Whirlwind, one of the many..slaves..." That made her chuckle "Of Tarathiel, catpain of Salmander's Whip. He has asked me to bring the Halfling to the Oracle's keep. But I am sure that you, Celeste, would be welcome as well."

Stoneshaper and Rydia walked in from the upper floor, "Why have you requested me?" Asked a rather callous sounding druid.
Tarathiel turned his attention towards Naga, which seemed to him at the moment to be his most pressing concern. "If you don't work with me, you will miss out on all the fun? Don't you want to join in the chaos that is to come? Battle beside a demi-god against a demi-god." And underhis breath, but load enough for Naga to her, "And other reasons to stick around."
Displeased with being summoned to a counsle meeting, Stoneshaper excused himself but left Rydia to witness the events.
"Warhammer, call in the Crew. Abandon all posts if need be, but not the ships."
Warhammer looked at Tarathiel, "Captain, We don't have ships."
"Oh, yes we do. Unless that dasterdly Talon ran out on us."
"Sir." Warhammer nodded, then closed his eyes. "It is done."
"I will come, and so too will Braver." Celeste nudged the halfling who whistled which literally made the dog appear beside him. "Please, Refrain from calling him Tarathiel."

Naga couldn't help it, she looked at him. "Battle?" A spark was evident in her eyes. But then those eyes narrowed. "What other reasons?"
Aella shrugged. "As you please." It was not a long way back to the hidden keep, and soon the three where up the steps and moving inside. The small room was quickly becoming crowed. The chairs wer full, and most were standing. Tanundra opted to stay outside, as he was faily confident nothing would happen to his Oracle at present.
Aella nodded to tarathiel as she took a palce behind Meilikki.

"Plunder..." Replied Tarathiel in a whispered voice for Naga. "Now that we are almost all here-"
The sound of a thousand people saying Zop, and both King Jiscal and Queen Zeranda were present in the room, rather confusidly. Beside them appeared a certain dwarf as well.
"Where's Talon?" Tarathiel asked Warhammer who merely shrugged.
A pop, and The quarterfiend as standing in the middle of the gathering as well.
"Since the death of Brave Lord Diamond, this would be the extent of the inner circle." Tarathiel started. "Now, I am not much of a person who enjoys the prospect of dying because one being wants to be all powerful or simply wants to kill us all for the fun of it, I have brought you together to form an alliance against him."
"If you do not join with me, you will find yourself dead and you will not know why. Stay with me, and you will be more likely to live, but if you do die, you at least have the pleasure of knowing what killed you."

"Okay," she said, stadning up and leaving her chair free for someone else. "I'm in." She smiled, and put her hands behind her back. That argument wsa good enough for her. And she meant the plunder, because she dodn't much care about dieing.
Roarke chuckled. "Well, I'm enjoying the choices we are given." He raised his hand. "Life please, one seat."
Meilikki put her cheek on her hand and smiled, listening to the responses.
Aella crossed her arms. "Did we really need to be asked that? i thought the answer was fairly obvious."

The room filled with the general chatter of everyone talking at once, but it suddenly grew silent as the air around people began to aborb the noise.
"Now, I know you all don't like to be threatened. And we all like the idea of staying alive. But, as most of use probably could not stand to be in the same room as me or my fellow Drow minions, and Naga the Serpent, we shall have to organize ourselves more proficiently. I only brought you all here today to show you that you are not alone, you have fellow consiritors or life with you, and should you feel that I am not a very good bonding glue, you have fellows to turn to in revolt. I nominate Warhammer as my replacement in the unlikely event I should be murdered or marooned." The minotaur shruged.
"Now, each of you will recieve notices with what the state of affairs are, and what is being done about things that need doing. For the most part, you will have a minimal amount of work or obligations, and I trust you will not disagree with I ask you to do in the times that I require you to do something. Gil-Hadriel Thefhand, my Paladin friend, shall never have to walk in the shadows and assassinate political figures who are deemed traitors to our cause."
"Each of you have one thing that I require in order to keep this world safe, and each of you must know that I am only doing this because I want to remain alive. If destorying the planet were my goal, aiding our enemy would be the first thing I would have done upon discovery of this vile plot."
"I am a lier and a thief, and I have litle merrit in the way of honourable goals or idealogy. But, I do have something that each of you is well aware of, and that is a pretty face."
"Now that I have addressed you all equally about the current state of life threatening damnation we are all in, I shall talk to each of you seprately about the plan, that I have nothing to do with the formation of, to defeat this monster of evil."
The drow raised his hand, and the noise in the room rumbled. Within several minutes, Most of the estimed guests were whisked away, and Tarathiel came to Roarke.
"I am going to build a castle for Meilikki, I need you to make it impenatrable." He smiled, "Malik ever does recomend your skills in magics."
Without waiting for a repose, he travelled to Celeste and Gil. "The Oracle needs a retunie that will not appear to be vile hellions summoned from the black pits of despair. I would appreachiate you looking after her when I have finished her new home."
Again, not waiting he travelled over to Aella. "Special, I need you too keep an eye on our semi-well guest upstars. You and two people of your choice are marked with his protection."
Travelling to Meilikki, "Now, I guess you are wondering why you were invited to this party. Its because you are cute and inspire great feelings of triumph and joy within my cursed soul, and I needed the boost. And, I am kinda hoping you don't mind making sure the children play fair when they are about."
After working his way throught the crowds, he settled on Naga. "Sorcereress, I'll like to raid some ships with you, if you don't mind?"

Roarke smiled and shrugged. "I'll keep recent events in mind, then." He clipped his cousing in the shoulder. "A castle. Now You'll look just like the rest of us." refering to the family.
Meilikki's blind eyes were wide with shock, and she enarly stood. "A castle? What need have I for a castle?" She liked her simple life...always had.
Aella looked confused. "Warren? He needs to be protected?" She shrugged though. "Alright. I'll take Eliot and Tames."
Meilikki just blinked, a light blush on her cheeks. "Babysitting. Right...I can do that." To her, this castle thing had come out of the blue, and since she did not see her won future, she hadn't anticipated it.
Naga clapped her hands in delight. "YES!" Like Kimmuriel had just asked to marry her.
