Yeah, the problem is, we all want to keep Evergleam, but we don't have the energy or time to devote to keeping it active or running it.

well the problem is you can't force a guild to be more active , it depends on the members really.
Like a club depends on it's members to come for it's existence .

No one suggested force. I just think that the guild can't be more active than its leader(s). If the leaders have more time and energy than, say, I have, the guild will flourish a great deal more than it has.

Another idea I had was *maybe* doing away with some or all of the subforums, and making the main forum the only place to hang out. Two people who live in a huge mansion will never run into one another, and I'm thinking Evergleam is the same -- too much room for too few people. We rattle around like a handful of beans in a huge coffee can.
