Waterrmelonz I am impressed with your collection. I thought that my collection was pretty good, but looking at yours... WOW....

*Hugs Back* Thanks for the welcome. I was acctually surprised that I was sorted into Hufflepuff, but I'm happy. You guys can call me Lily, or as Ashley gave her name, I'm also Crystal. But if you hear me talking about Jean. That's also me. That's what I'm called at work and school because Crystal is so common. My name is Crystal Jean though, so I am not just comming up with a random name. And don't worry Ashley. I own a Hogwarts guild myself, so I prize literacy myself because even though I can decifer most of what people are trying to tell me, it is by no means easy so I don't like it much. But thanks for the welcome. I am sure I'm going to have lots of fun here.

I am glad you prize literacy like we do, and it is pretty nifty that you own a Harry Potter Guild. I am a moderator is several Harry Potter Guilds. Starry Nights, I am doing quite well I just got home from work. I am eating supper now. How are you doing?

Oh thanks. Yeah, what can I say, I used to be obsessed to the point it bordered on scary. xd It's sort of gone done to a rather acceptable level now, but it's slowly creeping back up now I'm reading them all again. I can't part with my merchandise, they have such happy memories attached to them. I was shocked listing them, I just didn't realize I had so much sweatdrop
Can't wait for the "Scottish book", I think it will be so wonderful. I'm squeeing with anticipation.

Nice. I'm cool. I have work in about 45 minutes. I actually work with really cool people so I like work. It just takes time so it's annoying because I have other things that I could do besides go to work. Though it's entertaining. The night manager threw a snowball in the drive through window the other day, (Yes I work in Fast Food. KFC if you want specifics.) And a girl opened the window not knowing that he had thrown the snowball. It hit one of our male coworkers just south of the stomach, and I'm really sorry, but all of us were laughing really hard. That's just how fun my work is because the manager is cool, and random things always happen.

I wish that my work was that much fun. Usually it is just me and one other person. I work in a bakery so I work the bakery part all by myself unless it is Saturday, but that is usually for about 1/2 hour that I am working with someone. The other person works in the gallery that is in the front of the store so I get pretty bored sometimes. And my boss isn't random eaither. She is pretty cool but she is 60 years old, but I like her!
Does anyone listen to Wizard Rock? If so, who are you favorite bands? If no, who are you favorite band anyway?
Sorry for the question, but I want to listen to some Wrock and don't know who to listen to, so I though you guys would be really good help for me!

I didn't even know there was such a thing as Wizard Rock. I'm a country gal and listen to country mostly, but I'll pretty much listen to anything as long as they keep that horrid electric guitar out of there. I also can't deal with really loud music where you don't even really know the words because it gives me a headache. Those two types to me, are not music. They are just noise. Sorry to anyone that might be offended by that. I'm not trying to be rude. I'm just over opinionated sometimes.

A few of my favourites are The Remus Lupins, Draco and the Malfoys, Oliver Boys and the Remembralls, How Airplanes Fly, Sue and the Hufflepuffs and Ministry of Magic. You can find them all on Myspace, and maneuver around all the bands because they all add eachother as friends. So a great starting ground would be Harry and the Potters because they are the Wizard Rock band, so sort of have the most friends on their page. It's fun sieving through all the bands trying to find little gems here and there.

Does everyone have a myspace? I only got one because my friend wouldn't stop hounding me about it. I'm not active though, and I've only been a member for about two weeks. Oh well, I guess it's not the end of the world.

Thanks Watarrmelonz for the help on the Wrock! I will most certainly look into them! I tried looking for them on youtube (which wasn't hard) but I got all live versions and not recorded ones so i couldn't really understand what they were saying! Oh, and do you know if they have any CD's out?
No, I don't have a myspace account. I use to have one but I thought it was quite boring so I deleted my account!

Ooh, I'm in the mood to listen to some Wrock right now. I haven't in ages.
Myspace? I have it, but only because it's the site most of my friends have. I don't use it much. I actually don't even like logging in. But it helps with communicating with friends sometimes. :]

I feel even more at home here. With so many of you without or not obsessed with Myspace. It feels like Im the only one over here, so good to know that others feel the same too.
@Gerp, most of them do have albums, you can buy them online or get a physical copy. And the best thing is they are all about $6 mark, so very affordable. I know what you mean about YouTube. I get pretty upset with the live show versions, you hit in on the head about being impossible to hear. But Oliver Boyd has very high quality versions on YouTube, his account is christianc83, and you can hear more songs than on Myspace, which is fantastic.
