Zarlight shifted to his human for. He bit his lip, trying to keep from laughing. "It's not that bad......pffft....kukuku........." he said. He took a deep breath. "I only licked a little blood. It wasn't like I bit your ear off. At least......I dont' think........I........did," he said, unsure.
((Well Ember can have Zarlight, but I'm guessing that'll be a no. So I will make a slave for him that won't eat him in his sleep. Do you want a male or female. I perfer to make males though. ))

kitten was healing while sleeping. she was also getting her strength back as well.

"Yeah well, that's dad for you. There's some chocolate cake in the kitchen if you want some. Better get some while there is still some left. That is unless you want to go to the bakery and get us some more sweets."

Zarlight held his hands up. "Don't look at me. I didn't eat it. I think," he said. He had to think about that. Then he turned into a shadow and disappeared. He reappeared a few seconds later and held something up to Ember. "This it?" he asked. He had checked under the bed and in the water bowl.

Crimson picked up the phone and called the bakery to order a box of doughnuts, a box of cookies, and another chocolate cake then hung up.

A new slave was brought in. He was led by chains that were attached to pins that had been hammered into his arms at a young age. He had his sleeves rolled up so they could be used. When he was unchained he'd roll his sleeves down and hide them.
To struggle would cause unimaginable pain so he didn't and stood quietly, new sword strapped to his back. The slavers called for the shop keeper.
Kintaro's eyes wandered around the place while he waited. 'Where are the other slaves and what happened to that cage?' he thought when he saw the cage Zarlight had eaten his way out of.
