I've just added to my Gaia family! I have a new mule. He is Sir Oscar the Bold. mrgreen
I was going to show him but the Display Friends thingy refuses to work! gonk You'll just have to go to his Profile. Look out, he's a moody fellow in April.

Did the link I tried to make with the button graphic work, or did you have to look the site up? For some reason when I entered a link it kept erasing & wouldn't work for me.
I made the fleur-des-lis background myself from an image in a Dover Book of Historical Decoration. I've had fun fashioning several of those pictures into seamless tiles, mostly Medieval but also Egyptian & a nice Persian one.

Now that the Easter event is over, I should try again to create that link.
Anyone else successfully linking their pictures to URLs? (Not in boxes, like the About box, but pictures stuck out on the page.)

i still haven't even attepmted to edit one of the new profile layouts, i have to remember to use firefox if i ever do, but i like the old ones!

I had a rather sweet CoCo and KiKi Kitty layout under the old format, but I did give in and use the Gaia Garden from the new layouts, eventually. xd
Eirwyn - I haven't tried linking images to urls… I have images on the page, but just pics, nothing else linked to them.
What annoys me a little bit about the new layout is that things sometimes jump around on their own… I swear I haven't edited anything, and go back to find images in a different place than where I left them last… xp My other main bugbear is that the houses don't display properly… mine isn't too bad, although the walls and floor often lose their tiles for some reason, in the little preview screen (but they are still there in the house!), but Ounce's usually won't display at all. rolleyes
I do like the new profiles, though, and it is fun, being able to personalise them. Eirwyn has done a particularly great job with her family's profiles!! wink cool

It's a lot like a Drag-n-Drop pagebuilder, such as Geocities & Homestead have. That's my favorite way to build a page!
I would love it if we could change the color of the info boxes, though! I want them to more closely harmonize with my Profiles!

such lovely soft colours though, will you enter the arena? or have you had enough of the comments about backwards facing avies?
