Sammy nodded in Christian's direction as a greeting, looking around a bit. It seemed that things had definitely died down since the night before.

Sammy questioned whether to be mad or sad or happy at Maddy's reaction, but then she realized: she wasn't supposed to be any of those. "I appreciate your advice, but it is unneeded at this time. My intentions are pure, or at least are intended to be pure," she assured with the sincerest of nods.

Sammy shook her head. "I have no intentions of doing so... Besides, even if I did, quite honestly I don't think that many of the Aquans would have the emotional capability to kill me," she remembered how she had gone through several emotional moments with most of the Aqua members, and especially the older ones.

CHristian summoned up a few music papers and began memorizing the songs. He needed to know them very soon.

"I have no doubt that you would kill me, Maddy," Sammy replied, "but I do not think Adam, Memo, Ginji, and several others would." It was true; over her short (although some considered it long) time at Aqua, she had been trhough a lot of hell with those people and a part of her knew that they would do their best to convert her before resorting to killing.

Sammy raised an eye brow. "I feel highly unsafe at the moment," she let it be said, quite afraid that she may be watching her do research into some of the powers that she was trying to obtain, although she hadn't had much luck yet.

"... I do not have an accurate response for that question..." she admitted. It was almost like a nagging hunger inside of her, telling her that this was what needed to be done.

"Maybe you should figure out a reason, before pursuing your goal. Because if you just aimlessly go for it, there's a bigger chance you won't get the desired outcome." With a slight change of thought, Maddy turned her ball of fire into the shape of a dragon. The purple and black flame dragon flew circles around Maddy's hand.

Sammy watched the fire that Maddy was manipulating, fascinated by how she could make it move so cleanly around. "...And you are sure that there is no way of learning to do that through artificial means?" she questioned, trying to avoid the reason for her want for ruling over, as it would seem stupid to most.
