Well, I could put it this way...
...I have many other places to RP that are more active and interesting than this one, and since apparently no one is willing to RP here there ain't much point in being here besides bugging Sai occasionally. I average something like 100 posts a day going around tournaments or roleplaying in commerce... so.

I'm getting 'banned' supposedly by a user in MPL, because I stole her idea, and copied her artwork.
Sam was on leave, and I drew a similar sheep, in my own style, and she reported me.
I am very upset over this. I do not want to lose my account.
What should I do?

Don't be retarded.
If anime companies or manga people got sued every time they used similar eyes then the entire economy for it would collapse. Just tell her that her work inspired you. There are enough differences between the two that it doesn't really matter because its not traced. The hair is different, the legs are different, its just your interpretation of something she drew.
You're letting her upset you because she's saying "OMG UR SHEEP LOOKS LIKE MY SHEEP I OWN ALL SHEEP AND CREATIVE LISCENCE ON SHEEP U CANT DRAW DEM ANYMORE HURRRRR"

And by lair I mean the broom closet* O____o? @ kobei - I agree with Kb in the sense you can clearly see the difference between the two. And your only letting her win if its upsetting you, shes just bitchy that your sheep is better looking =) We need more RP in this Place ><

Having poked holes at the mods for years already, I can offer a few things. First, I'm not sure what she's doing to 'ban' you. If it's from her own thread, then it's her right regardless of how much of an idiot she is. Second, she would have to prove that your images are copies of hers. Given the simple nature of the images, she has no chance of doing this. If you're really worried, just name yours a furry goat. In other words, although the mods are the dumbest sheep on the interwebs, they aren't quite dumb enough to ban you temporarily or permanently over stick figure sheep. However, if you want to point to some concrete difference between your images and hers, I would start with the legs. You draw them as semi-ovals, while she draws stick legs. That in itself is a significant difference in style and proves you didn't copy the artwork. As for stealing ideas, there is no such thing as an unstolen idea.
