I'm stuck on a really hard Trauma Center mission. You have 4 patients with this freaky thing that cuts them up from the inside out, and you have to finish with all four of them in 10 minutes.

you have a patient that has veins that swell up slowly at first but then get more and more rapid. and once they swell they will explode.

Keep them from exploding at all costs. You won't get a good rank on the mission but it might be a good idea to stop whatever you're doing and inject the veins once in a while.
1)aim your magnificaation so you don't have any veins on the very edges of your screen; try to get them all in front of you
2)shrink all the veins so they don't look dangerous before you cut, stretch, and sew.
3)When you cut, cut quickly and finish as quickly as you can. Don't waste time being super extra careful.
4)reduce magnification immediately. Don't dawdle.
5)Don't be shy about injecting the green stuff
6)Don't waste your Healing Touch. Use it only when there are at least 3 veins on your screen.
