Well you can go to the afterlife thread and train for the techniques there if you want and then basically just wait a day and then pm a mod requesting approval of your revival. You'll need a new body, but you get to keep your techs and you won't really have any memories of your previous life until you meet someone significant from your past.

Ichazuki. Moon. They're a very cool clan, but I'm biased because I made them myself.
They do have one of the biggest technique lists, though. Moon in general is an awesome village.
