[Duality] Drago_the_Blackrose Hmm so THe End Subforum Should be Ready soon...I will establish new rules there...UIt will be my Universe to expand and Mold. So Nobody has to rp the End in the Regular Naruto Universe Forum..or the Main Rp...I know people are scared of change. [...Two things, opposite and interacting...]
That gives me an idea. If we put up part of the Gold for it, could we do more of those?
That is, add more subforms for Naruto-themed RPing, with the sponsor in charge?
[...And neither can exist without the other...] If that was possible, Any old noob could come in the guild and make a sub forum. Also good morning Ke-ke.

No, they'd have to sponsor some or all of the gold, which a noob wouldn't be able to do, and a non-serious member wouldn't want to do. It's quite a bit of gold to make a subform if I remember correctly. A couple thousand? We could just make the person pay in full.
