I need to pay more attention... and learn how to speak Nadsat... though I'd like to have it so that Rex speaks English most of the time. 3nodding Though it is the future... :rubs chin and thinks:

Yes you do razz And Alexa will be able to understand you no matter how you talk. And I use to be really good at it, and not have to us any sort of reference, but it has been to long, and I am suck using a dictionary.

Flan+Nadsat talk = possibly bad for language? Most of those have russian or german roots... craziness. LeeLee started watching the movie, but got scared and doesn't want to ever see it again... Does he spend like half the movie in jail, or just the end of it?

First 41 minutes (don't ask how I know that...) are more or less pure violence and rape, next 20ish minutes are jail, 20ish more are treatment, then the rest is after he has been set free.
Is she going to leave us because of it and how "scary" it is? I personally like the first 41 minutes the best and find them the only part worth watching, but I am a sick freak. Of course I hated them the most the first time I watched it, but they grow on you the more times you see it.

No, she's not going to leave us rofl I hope >.> (how do you know that? xd ) Hey, I'm the guy who's lost his breath because of laughing when a guy gets hit with a shotgun, or something brutally ironic happens. That doesn't make someone a "sick freak", does it? :innocent smile:

The book is really awesome as long as you can struggle through the nadsat. Like I said I was once fairly fluent in it, but sadly am not so much anymore, so I had it really easy when reading the book. I have known countless others who have tried to read it, but have stopped because they couldn't understand what was going on.

Yeah, it is just as violent if not more, but you don't get to really see it unless you have a vivid imagination, and want to. Also, it is a book, and books are ok to have violence in...

I want to read the manga. I think it would be cool.
I am working on my post, but it is kind of taking a while.
