Duskfeather never thought she could really be of any help to Lotusleaf.
"..Okay, Dewleaf." She meowed, and smiled a bit. She pushed
the herbs that she gathered towards Dewleaf, not knowing where they
went.

[[Ughhhh.... I back from hiatus... wanna give me a quick summary? I'm Rainstream.. I believe...]] -=Ooc=-
Well....the camp was just attacked by a huge gang of badgers, the deputy Whitewind and elder Lazyeye are both killed, and Silentcloud in the new deputy. Right now, everyone is kinda depressed and Showerstar and Lotusleaf are sulking in their dens. I think thats it....
((Not much happened eh? The badgers came the night Rainstream was sitting vigil if I remember correctly... right?))

Dewleaf gathers Duskfeather's herbs and swiftly carries them to the cubbyholes and stores them.
"Thank you for your help, Duskfeather. That was very generous of you." she mews happily, tail twitching her gratitude.

Rainstream slowly padded into the warrior's den, quietly grieving for her dead Clanmates.

Lotusleaf doesn't react to her presence. He keeps his sullen eyes on the ground, not looking at it.

Rainstream glanced at Lotusleaf. She understood how he felt. She just had her warrior ceremony, but before that, Whitewind was her mentor. She felt a pang of guilt. I should have gotten to Showerstar faster. Then maybe, just maybe they could have survived.

Showerstar realized he had to be stronger for his clan, not laying in
his cave. With sorrow his painfully rose and limped somewhat
heavily out of his cave, and sat in front of it, rather tall. He didn't want his clan to think he was defeated, he wanted to be strong for them.
Duskfeather nodded. "You're welcome, Dewleaf." She meowed, and softly padded out of the den, then came back in. "Come look at this." She meowed,
and padded out in front of the Medicine Cat's den. "Look at Showerstar."
She meowed, gazing at her battle-weary leader.

Dewleaf pads out to look bewildered at her leader, then smiles inwardly.
"Now THATS more like it! I knew Showerstar couldn't be held down for long." she mews greatfully, eyes shining even more.
Lotusleaf doesn't glance back at her, not feeling her gaze on his pelt.

Rainstream took in a deeep breathe and padded over to Lotusleaf. "Hey Lotusleaf? Don't you think that Whitewind would want you to keep going on? TO defend the camp for him?" she mewed, hoping it would motivate him somehow.

Showerstar's Golden eyes had a glint of pain, for he was sore and torn.
He watched Lotusleaf. He must feel so lost....
Duskfeather nodded. She was truly glad that Showerstar was her leader. "Maybe Lotusleaf will pull through, too.."

Dewleaf gazes over the warriors den entrance skepticly.
"I dont know." she mews sullenly. "I hope so."
Lotusleaf shifts his eyes away from Rainstream to the den wall.
"Whitewind is dead." he replies flatly.
