After a few more steps Eve came over to Hitomi and help him into the snow cave both with panic in their eyes, Hitomi scurries for some wood and sets up a pile having Eve light it. The two looked at each other and to Drako figuring out what could be the problem but coming up blank,"Perhaps its been from everything thats been happening possibly the fighting put a toll on him." Hitomi suggested but at this point she was guessing, she stayed by his side hoping he would come to on his own but she worried what would make him so sickly pale that he falls right on the spot. They sit in the small space with him and try to think of possible explination only to look at each other for an answer from the other but just sighs or looks away, they were mixed with worry and confusion.

Yuki looks to the mirror watching the whole fight take place till she growls seeing how the shades became defeated so quickly,"This is impossible, I had a shield blocking those fools to use any magic and somehow they broke through my barrier.....its impossible." she shouts slamming her fist to the vanity shattering the glass around her, Kurai looks on in a chair shaking his head,"Guess you do have a temper problem my queen....this is the oh lets see, the forth or fifth mirror you've broken?" he counts on his fingers almost teasing her.


She had been watching for most of the fight but it was when she saw the group use their magics against her shades the tables turned on her, mainly she watched the tree leaders the most watching how their power was able to destroy multiple shades in one hit,"These leaders.....Eve with fire, that woman who I'm surprised was alive able to control the wind, and that reaper....something tell me I have seen this person before but its all blurry." Yuki had seen that particular type of magic from long ago but it wasnt registering in her mind as clear as she thought, Kurai stands and wraps his hands on her hand,"My queen if you wish I can go down there myself and investigate whats going on and find out the identities of the other two leaders, the wind woman I wond have problems with since by the look of it she listens to the reaper....possibly she is a student of his and she wont attack unless he tells her." Yuki looks down to him thinking he went insane,"It's too dangerous...besides I know you cant be killed easily but you might just make things worse remember that, your part of me and you get yourself beat up I'm going to feel it too and your gonna face my anger when you get back also-" Kurai takes her hand and slides her backwards her eyes meeting his setting her into a trance as he smiled.

"Theres nothing for you to worry about.....I would never let you be harmed in anyway I consider you almost like my wife in a way and would never hurt you.....now then let me go and find out those identies and ease your worry." Yuki looks up with dull red eyes as he slowly rises her back up and she spoke quietly in an echo tone,"I shall let you go.....find out the ones I fear and report back unharmed." and falls in his arms. Getting his way Kurai smiles setting her down on her bed and vanishing.

Somehow with the shades gone and most of the clan settling down from the chaos of the fight there was still enough tense in the air that some people were pointing at others almost as if there was controversy. Eve and Hitomi realized this and had a few times stop a few fights that spark even for the smallest of things, besides that the clan was growing close to where Yuki's trap would be not even knowing what will be waiting for them on the other side, the sun starts to set and it was time to camp for the night keeping an eye on the harsh snowfall if any shades would be sent out in the night. Hitomi lays in her cavern deep in thought thinking of what Drako had said to her,"combine our powers to be greater....our surroundings as well....what does he mean?"

Thinking about it a thought hit her, from the previous fight when she was in her wind form she remember how she was able to weave the wind adding another's ability to create a powerful force to knock out several shades at one. "That one with the fire....once my fan hit the wind the fire spread into a wall and.....thats what Drako was trying to say, combine our powers to create forces that will take down anything." Realizing what he said made actual sense Hitomi gets up and looks to a clearing in the sky with the moon slightly visible with the cloud cover,grabbing her coat and hoisting her fan on her back she went out to the camp calm and quiet with a few out watching out the distance for attack so she walked around the grounds thinking of his words that kept lingering in her mind.

Kurai returns into Yuki's room being ambushed so rapidly that he thought he had the upper hand but it literally blew in his face, "So close yet it looks like were dealing with a power bigger then her highness." feeling the burn on his skin and the damage on his clothes he hears a silent growl behind him,"I'm sorry for the sudden entrance but I'm-" he turns only to see a hand slam to the ground,looking up he sees Yuki and she wasnt very happy with him. "You!....you put me in a trance and I had no choice but to send you out and you do this?!" she picks him up by his collar and sees him gaze at her, she had the same burn marks and damage to her clothes, dropping him all she wanted to do was put her wrath onto him but she refrains.

"Your just lucky you know how to heal so this isnt so bad but sometimes you can be so idiotic that you get into so much trouble that you end up getting beat." Kurai looks up to her hearing her rant and yell mainly just being angry,"Well my queen I see your angry but I can take care of that little mark but....I do believe this information I was able to gain might be of good help." Yuki looks at him perplexed and lets him talk,"I tracked the clan as I said before but one was sent away...does the name Drako ring a bell to you?...perhaps chaos, or the netherworld.....anything?" Yuki stops pacing and looks at him, her memory was pulling blanks but as she heared the name something was coming back but it wasnt clear. "That name...it seems familier yet its still a blur." Kurai gets up and holds her hand in his"I know its been long but i do believe that this rose reaper might possibly be Drako, it will come back to you my queen...in good time." as she gets out of his grasp Yuki goes to the balcony as night was falling seeing only what was close to being a barron dead world but it was silent Lokchaos, nothing stirred up and conversation had ceased since the recent execution and citizens feared her only to know one wrong move and it could be them next. She looks away and sees Kurai smiling at her and she gets the point,"Well, since were able to get this info....and getting burnt in the process....I guess a second chance is in order, go out to the clan and see if you can get anything on the two girls,Eve I know some but that wind woman is getting suspicious...see if you can get some clues and dont get yourself in a hole I cant drag you out of." He lowers to a bow,"Your Highness please do you really think I will.....well the burn was a surprise attack but this time I wont cause too much trouble." Getting her trust he sat her down healing the burn on her chest placing his hand onto the burn itself, a black film appears and gets absorbed into her skin leaving no sign of the burn, as soon as he finished Yuki sent him out again knowing she had to watch him close if a surprise attack like that was oblivious to him then whatever he gets into now will damage her greatly exposing her to others.

It almost sounded if the wind of the storm seemed to have calmed as the violin kept going with the myterious but soothing tune, for Hitomi it wasnt something she heared before but as she listened closely she felt herself go into her mind thinking of past memories.

"Where am I what is this?!" Hitomi tries to call out but looks around seeing the hidden flower field out of the palace's view but it was different, everything was what they were before Yuki fell into the grasp of the universe when things were actually growing, sounds of laughter startles her and sees Everest running down the hill to the flowers,"Everest?....Everest! its me Hitomi whats going on here?" she tries to say but she doesnt hear and tried to grab the child's hand but it slips though her own. Hitomi backs away and realizes she cant be seen but was a image that noone can see or hear her,"This must be my memories of the field.....before everything changed." she thinks as she watches on as she sees Everest play in the field and sees Yuki come down and nearly cried, the way Yuki looked then look more pure and happy then now with her heart as black and cold as if she was a doll.

The scerery changes and more memories appear most of the Shadow Realm before the power when it was full of life and people walking their daily life commuting but Hitomi knew it wasnt like it now, all she could do was watch every memory pass tearing at how her home was such a grim yet beautiful realm not reduced to a dead world with nothing but the smell of death and sounds of sorrow.

It took Hitomi a second to realize she snapped out of reality for a moment and her eyes were set on the mysterious man and his music,she heared what he had said and wasnt sure to be confused or take it as a fact but as she looked at Eve sitting on the ground it was fact she had no idea what he was saying. "Perhaps we've been in the snow too much our minds are not working right." Hitomi says to her lending a hand but her eyes stayed on him being suspicious as she was it wasnt like Hitomi to gain trust on strangers at first sight especially if they freak out a friend of hers,at this point after going into her own thoughts and memories a side of her had a sense to believe him on his word."So you say you've been following us if I'm correct...my question is why spy on us unless you thought we would attack you and another is how long." she asks him as the sounds of the quiet snowfall filled the area,it was true Hitomi didnt mind another in the fight yet something was different about him and how his wording sounded when he said his help will be needed in time.

There was still so much Hitomi wanted explained to her more clearly but from hearing it was as clear as she wanted to hear at the time,true this was still new and very confusing however most of this journey brought new secrets out and new abilites."True I understand now from what you've said,this man though suspicious to me and full with question.....I understand now.I want to end this reign of terror my sister has brought to the universe even if it means ending her life to bring it back,its something I would regret to do but if thats where it has to go.....I'm withering to help assist in that." Hitomi says though it was a bit painful to say but with whatever traps set from them to get in the way they needed any help they can gain,the clan of followers alone isnt enough with most being injured quickly from mere shades but whatever powers Yuki had in store they needed everyone,herself,Drako,Eve,and the newcomer and anyone else who wants to end the terror adding up to the brave souls throughout the universe willing to risk it all if it ment peace would be restored once again.

After a couple minutes Hitomi settles herself feeling a little better by him however keeping her distance as well from what Scarlet said of him hunting her down brought the lingering tension,"Well since you are marked as a friend I guess I shouldnt be so persistent at first glances,forgive me if my first impression was a little too hostile but I'm like that with everything thats been happening." she looks to Eve again not as scared but more of impressed she was able to gain abilities like she saw adding on to the one over fire which that itself was powerful on its own.

Within the mirror Yuki was gazing at what just happened and seeing the newcomer was a shock to her,he wasnt familier with him and in her mind nothing was coming up that whoever he was she didnt know but inside her he was another treat to deal.She looks as close as she can biting hard on her finger unable to think of anything mainly scared out of her mind that she was dealing with new power that if her plan was to have a glitch would be the end of her,Kurai looks on standing by the wall staring at her anxioty,"You know your majesty if you keep biting like that you'll bite it right off the way your acting." he kids but she wasnt in the mood for any humor,her mind was trying to think of something to add to her defenses now that she didnt have to deal with Eve's fire powers or Drako's hold to the power of chaos but now whatever ability the stranger has as well.

"This is just great i thought the clan being decreased was putting me in the league but now this.......Eve's fire I can easily deal with and I have seen Drako fight once so thats another nich I dont have to worry about.....the newcomer I'll watch for awhile, if he's joining the rebellion I'll have time to observe but i still have suspicion on the reaper's apprentice." she looks in the mirror closely looking at hitomi finding anything that would pinpoint her out, from the symbols Yuki had seen on her attire fused with the fan she knew she was dealing with a Lokchaion but the question was who exactly and the other that she had to be eliminated. As the mirror faded Kurai comes to Yuki from behind assisting her in a chair doing what he needed to do to keep her from slowly snapping,"Now,now....theres no need to get all wild up...you know that your plan would go well and with me by your side nothing will get to you even Eve,however if you want something done just send me out again." he feels his throat close as yuki got up clenching his neck tightly tossing him over her and crashing into the dresser.

"Do you really think I'm sending you back out after the last time?!,true you can heal whatever you inflict on me but it still hurts you idiot!" he staggers to get up,"Easy there your highness dont get so angry you destroy everything you see...think about it for a moment." Yuki wasnt the one to be given orders but Kurai was getting onto something and she decides to grant him the request,"Very well there is something you can do." she says glaring at the mirror,"That apprentice is on her own without her mentor unable to know what to do on her own.....go and follow her when shes alone but watch out for Eve,she can sense something wrong very quick and be there in no time but when you see the apprentice alone do what you think is neccisary to lure out that wind ability of her,I want to see this crimson wind dancer in action as you fight with her.Cause as much injury as you can."

He stand by the window bowing to her,"You wont be disappointed you highness I'll be sure to cause as much pain possible if this Crimson Wind Dancer is what she so is my power over the dark magic can cause much damage." Kurai smirks to her but before he could disappear yuki snaps at him,"And dont forget Kurai," she grabs the collar of his shirt,"Your connected to me kitsune boy so dont get all banged up, the last time was a warning and wasnt so bad so dont mess this up." she lets him go watching him vanish again thinking if he was going to do as he promised and paces for awhile.

"So....this is something to report back to her royal pain.....it seems I have spotted a weakness on the oh so chaotic king of chaos...he has a soft side as well." Kurai this as he's hidden amongs the shadows trying to buy time knowing he wasnt doing what he was suppose to do however,finding out what he saw would be just as intresting to Queen Yuki then a simple ambush. He vanishes out of his hiding place going as quick as he could not keeping her waiting as she sits awaiting on the progress, at her vanity she looks at her reflection seeing nothing more then herself what she wanted to see but in reality she looked more like a lifeless doll being controlled by the grasp of power.

Kurai appears before her by her window smiling slightly as if he was proud of something even though he mainly did as he pleased,Yuki confronts him immediatly. "Alright did you accomplished what I needed?...are the ones I despise eliminated....your quiet I ask you to answer me." he listens to her rant asking for an answer only to just smile at her building up more anger inside her.As Kurai slimmed her paitience she retailiates picking him up by the collar shoving him into the wall as she doesnt show a flinch from the cracking sound of the concrete,"My paitience has run out with you, by the way your acting I can see I'll have to know on my own." she says going back to the mirror and growls seeing the clan was still thriving and Eve and Hitomi were still alive, from the view she had they were finding ways of being able to confront the army she had waiting and she wasnt liking it. Kurai appoaches her placing his hands on her shoulders,"True I didnt do what I was told but you know your dealing with someone who twists things around...however, I have been watching the lord of chaos for some time...he truely has a weak spot amongs all that rough exterior....remember the mistress you served...I bet that might ring a bell." and from there Yuki remembers when she served Scarlet when she bumped paths with her long ago and as she thinks a smile creeps on her face.

"A soft spot you say....I think I'm going to play a little game with the lord of chaos, after all he loved his wife dearly even in a spirit form he continues to love her....disturbing for my taste." When it came to the feeling of love Yuki had not even a sliver of it left inside her and thinking of playing with the love Drako had with Scarlet got her intrsted and possibly gaining the upper hand,she stand scanning the family book reading several spells her father had made and Kurai grew curious. "Your highness you wish to play with the man's heart but how would you do it? and how is what I'm asking." he asks only getting a smirk,"Dont you see if Drako is that much still in love with Scarlet his senses can easily be tricked sight, sound, touch, it can all be manipulated. My plan is simple disguise myself as Scarlet being as solid as possible and go to where he is....he wont know what to think knowing shes dead but seeing her face to face again will stun him to believe its real.....then I'll take care of him then."He thinks about it for a moment and wonders if it was worth doing,"My lady please be reasonable, if you go out of the palace your and easy target and he'll take you down if you slip up just once." "You dont need to panic your in this as well." she goes in her jewelery case and picks up a ruby pendent,"This will let you see what I see and if things get rough you can use this with the vanity to pull me back...you see..even if something goes down I'll come back and they'll never know where I went...as if I vanished in the shadows."

Kurai sits on the dresser thinking but if it ment she was going with a plan from something he found out he had no room to judge, she draws her crest in black wax reading every part to get it right knowing Drako may be still heavy in love with scarlet but he was smart with detail so everything counted. Once Yuki had each chant memorized she adds it all together surrounded in a red smoke casts the spell to change her image, the smoke clears and Kurai is amazed that it worked....she didnt even look like herself.

It was official, from the constant fear and blood spread thoughout the realm it stopped in its tracks, Yuki finally found some sense that she was lacking since ever trying to rule something a single person could do on their own, her realm was enough of a responsibility of its own to take care of and the rular had started to come back. Scarlet's words lingered in her mind as she thought about it hard was correct, the need to bring more death and fear wasnt needed however it was only the beginning of the shattered path Queen Yuki had left behind her and it wasnt going to be
easy to fix especially on her own when she was the main cause of the destruction.

She sit by her vanity thinking about all the things she had done only to look in her room to see how she behaved from the broken glass to the images in her mirror and all she wanted to do was hide knowing that the things she did consumed in the darkness and what to do for now,"This spell upon us.....is the only way to get rid of it is death?...my daughther
what will come of her?....shes the only thing I cling to knowing i'm still alive and if I have to die then what?" she thinks about Everest and what to do, she was only nine years old and her father left long ago most likely dead and the fact that Yuki might have to face death is what stayed in her mind, what would Everest do with both her parents gone?


Time goes by and all Yuki could think of was what to expect now being knocked back into reality and seeing the error of her ways the only thing in her mind was troubling her badly...What will come to her, Everest,Lokchaos...the shadow realm.....nothing was coming to her and the stress was overcoming. Tension and fear wrapped around her thick as she sits her head covered with her hands hiding actual tears...something Yuki hadn't done for a long time worrying about what was next to come, it wasnt the fact that her reign of being shrouded in the shadows like her father was gone and the mess she left would be hard to clean up but....her fear of death.

The snow started to go back into a harsh fall as what snow on the ground began to pile up till it grew difficult to walk in, Hitomi looks from a platform on a mountain thinking what was going to happen. She saw first hand what Eve could do more like who she can become which somehow didnt scare her as much as Drako did during battle....what she saw then was beyond any nightmare probably with his title as the lord of chaos got to her.

Unable to really think Hitomi gets up looking to the clan not seeing much happening amongs the heavy snowfall and thought a little time on her own would keep the tensity around from being too much and climbs higher, with the weather not the best it grew dangerous with every step so she had to keep an eye on every step she took with one false move possibly being dangerous.

"What has my sister done to herself, the kingdom, her daugther must be scared stiff realizing her mother has became a soulless being with no heart....thats not what a child needs to see. Why cant all this be set aside and my real sister comes back being the once kind ruler she was and be the best she can be to the realm....is that even possible now?"Hitomi reaches a certain point and sits to rest but just beyond the ledge someone lurks without her even detecting them watching her as she stares out deep in thought.

It was alot to set in her mind from just a few mere words,her sister was alive all this time but took a new identity to keep away from her and what amazed her even more was the assasion who claimed to have no ability actually had one and quite powerful from what she witnessed from the assult. Happiness mixed with grief as Yuki's emotions were out of control and what was going to happen next was going to be challenging and she questions herself, could this plan actually work? what else must happen before things get out of line? many things were going in her head as she stayed silent hearing what Scarlet had to say but as for a reply....she didnt have one not even a simple yes or no came out of her mouth and a sway of the head was all she got out."I....I need to be alone for a moment....find myself like you said I could do. I just dont know how to reply to you at this moment....at least reply properly or even at all." Yuki says softly fading out of sight to go somewhere thinking was actually possible

A small pool glows black as Yuki's crest appears in the middle with her back to her normal body as she turns looking where she ended up,the palace had several underground passages and deep within was this room with a pool shrouded by ash lilies,a quiet place to think maybe get her head back on straight having Scarlet's words linger in her mind.Slowly she went in going to the middle sitting by a patch of roses thinking, thinking as if she had a hard decision on her hands but she wasnt alone at the moment,a familier glow and smile was watching her as Kurai decides to intervined with the already discouraged queen only to last see her looking on in fear and being taken away forced out which to him didnt settle with him,he knew Yuki's behavior wasnt the same as she took one glance at him crushing a lily petal in her hand and giving him the hint she really didnt want to be bother by anyone including her kitsune.
