People have a lot of misconceptions about other people especially if they are just getting to know them. I'm not sure why it's easier to mold a person into something they are not, but I know I'm guilty of it to. I just want those people to prove me wrong as I get to know them. Maybe I just like surprises.
Sirius Silverstar, I wouldn't take any of it to heart especially if it's coming from people who don't know you to well. Also if you have a gift or a talent there will always be a jealous rival to say something to put you down.
My family thinks I'm a spinster because my to younger cousins married before me. Big whoop, there's not a ring on my finger... last time I checked it's 2008? Who even uses the term spinster I'm 23 for crying out loud!!! gonk
though it does suck to feel lonely.

Sirius Silverstar A lot of people look like me. I'm Asian. XP I don't wear glasses normally... Hey that's no fair. That's like saying animals all look the same because of their species. talk2hand You could say a lot of people look like me because I'm white, if thats the case, but that's theory just falls through. Now if you used my name than theres a lot of people like me with my name. xp Refresh my memory though, you're around 5' 4" if I recall? Also just a random thought. Why the ******** do just about every high school and college students eat cheese fries? It's disgusting to eat just plain cheese on fries in my opinion. confused

@Tom - Well, I just don't have much faith in your Aivi-spotting eye. XD You thought my friend looked like my cousin. And I'm not even 5'3" yet.
@Pixie - Thanks, you're right. <3 Gossip, rumors, insults against my art or music - when you put yourself out there, that kind of stuff is bound to happen... But I can't help but take it personally when it's somebody I personally know. :[
My parents would flip out if I got married right now. I'm 22 and I still feel like a baby. In fact, I'm convinced they don't want me sleeping with a man until I'm 30.

My parents are kind of flipping out about my older sister - she just got engaged at the end of October, and she'll be 23 in like ten days. Hell, my mother doesn't even like using the word "boyfriend" still...she just says stuff like "so how's your friend?" and "is your friend going to be in town?" Part of me just wants to respond with "if I behaved with all my friends the way I do with this "friend," Mom, you'd disown me" but chances are that wouldn't go over well.
kmkm - Verizon has really good coverage around here, and they've got some awesome phones (Voyager and EnV2 = <3, and I actually really like the Blackberry Storm, too) but lately I've just run into problem after problem with their activation site...and the reps we get coming into our store from Verizon aren't the greatest. *shrug* The one that was driving me crazy the other night has never worked in cell phones before, though, so I think that was a big part of it...but Iunno, I just never seem to run into nearly as many problems with ATT. Bah.

Ryo - I don't think I've ever eaten cheese fries. I think I'd have a heart attack.
Aivi - Ugh. I think my family would be happier if I went into a convent. My mom is a child of the 60's and 70's and still has the most backward notions about sex. Honestly. She found a hickey my boyfriend gave me during an intense make-out session once and flipped out. "It means you're having sex! That's what they do to 'mark' you to show you're having sex!"
Um... no mom. Love-bites just feel good. Hickeys are a side-effect. If we'd been having sex, it probably would have been somewhere you never saw. And so what if we were having sex? I'm a smart girl. I've been on the pill for years because of my wonky period and I'd insist on condoms on top of that. I don't think it's really your business...

I still, to this day, don't like talking to people about intimacy.
It's... ...it's... intimate.
Between two people.
Don't ask me about how it was, and what have you. >O

I forgot that I'm paying my own health insurance now. I need a real job. x___x

Chem test in... 40 minutes. Apparently it's the worst one yet. What kind of horrible teacher has a midterm and a final within a week of each other? ; ;

Soranoko What kind of horrible teacher has a midterm and a final within a week of each other? ; ; Chem teachers. biggrin Mine did that too in freshman year. Are you on the quarter system, then? I'm so glad I'm done with homework and tests. Though paying for my own health insurance is not fun either. Meh.

Good luck! :]
I was just going to stick up the "coming soon" image until I had more content. I don't think I'll ever feel ready to put up my site; at least purchasing the domain would motivate me to think less about the design and take action to get my money's worth.
I mean, right now I have my blog site up, so that's something... but I wouldn't hire anyone with "aivitran.blogspot.com" for a URL. XD

man. i'm the first person of my old high school friends to get married, except for the guy who went all "wtf" on us and got married to a girl he'd been dating for 2 months - only to get divorced a couple of years later - but ANYWAY i'm 26 and i feel like some kind of child bride to everyone. the others are starting to fall one by one, though.
but yeah. calling you a spinster at 23? is this 1905?

Okay people, it's that time of the year where Pixie gets a new phone and this is the second year into my contract so I can get a really pimp phone. sweatdrop I think I like the LG Rumor, it's unique and kind of awkward...like me redface whee Why does it cost so much!?!?!?! Quote: I'm convinced they don't want me sleeping with a man until I'm 30. That's every parents dream if they have a girl, especially if they only have one girl and she's the youngest in the family. It's... ...it's... intimate. Should we have a thread for that subject so we won't let out to many details people really don't want to hear? I don't mind I'm really open about every aspect of my life. I guess I never realize some people don't want to know certain things about me.

My brothers are total sluts, it's quite disgusting how they treat women. Maybe that's why my father freaks out, just thinking about how he treated girls my age when he was younger. confused
it's down right shameful neutral
