Arya nodded to him, watching him jump down, startling a little as she heard all the voices in her head coming from the camp. She took Priya? But why- She jumped up into the air, using her telekinesis to fly herself a distance away, not sure why she felt she had to get away from them, but she did. Something was up, she still felt that tingle in her bones and that confirmed it.
Jessica heard something land on the ground not too far from where she was, walking over to see if it was Kai. And it was, her expression a bit more tense than normal. "Kai! What the hell was that? Why are the others afraid of that light?" She called as she was still drawing close to him. "It took Priya away." She told him, glancing around for Arya, but noticed her absence. What the hell is going on.... "Whats happening..." She was mostly just worried, her voice finally reflecting that as she seemed at quite a loss.
Priya suddenly appeared in front of Arya, stopping her in her tracks. Something was different about her, like a light was eminating from her body. "You must show yourself now..." She reached out a hand and touched Arya's forehead, a blinding light engulfing them both, making it seem as if they had left. "There are things you must be able to do and see in my stead. I am weakening. You will have to make a difficult choice soon. Good luck Arya." With that, she kissed her forehead and there was another warmth that pulsated throughout their little sphere, light surrounding them.
Arya blinked at the sudden appearance of the researcher Priya, noticing the difference. "You-" What she said threw her off completely, seeming to fall into a comatose state as the space they occupied changed. She didn't understand what she meant, though she knew it must be the Mother Goddess that spoke through her. At the kiss on her forehead, she clutched her head, her body physically undergoing a massive change. As they returned to where they had been, a column of light shot up into the heavens, an echoing kind of screech that the humans would compare to an eagle was heard. She felt multitudes of emotions layer upon each other, say things run through her mind that were incomprehensible, so many things......
Three shards of light shot out of her back, her cry falling silent as the column of light vanished, seeming to become absorbed into her body. She was knocked unconscious as she plummeted towards the earth, four wings sprouting from her back.
Priya was there to catch her gently, looking down at her with soft eyes before she regained her normal, calm expression. She carried the angel back towards everyone else, the light gone from her own body. Yet she remembered it all, and would tell no one. Not even Jessica.

"It is the Mother Goddess I don't-" Kai was cut off by a scream. "Ayra." he dashed off in the direction of the scream with all the power of the wind behind him. He'd be damn if he'd lose her now. Kai skidded to a halt next to Priya. "Ayra... Ayra can you hear me?" he asked, his voice soaked in concern as he smoothed her head form her in front of her eyes.

Jessica blinked, "Mother Goddess? Who-" She didn't get to finish as she heard the scream as well, thinking of Priya and Arya. s**t. She touched her choker, glad that she didn't hear crackling. "Priya? Priya can you hear me?! what happened, are you alright?" She demanded, but then she shorted out, grimacing as she started after Kai, knowing she wouldn't be able to keep up with him. With how he had taken after Arya, she knew what must be going on with those two, but she could worry about that later.
Priya had heard Jessica, but couldn't answer, seeming rather tired herself. It wasn't everyday that you were possessed by a goddess. She saw Kai appear, noting the amount of concern he held, placing her in his arms once he was ready. "She's only unconscious. She has been greatly changed by the Mother Goddess." She told him quietly, knowing he couldn't see the reason right now, for her wings had already vanished from view. Much has changed now... "She needs rest. If the Head Council demands anything of her, tell them to talk to Malachai instead. He will understand what has happened." She added, bowing her head to him. She couldn't tell him anymore than that. It was not the correct time. He will know in time.

Sherad was stunned as he stared at the spot where the researcher had disappeared, agasht at what had happened. He held Natasya to him, hoping she was not as scared of this new development as he. Being an elf, his people were often keeping measure of old traditions, so he knew that the angels were often the messengers of the Mother Goddess. For that to change, something big was either about to happen, or something had already happened. Sherad paled when the tthought of the malicious force coming to his world No. he thought. He glanced at Zera, the stunned look of confused and dazed thought on the big lizardman's normally impassive face.

Natasya was trembling like crazy against him, memories flashing past her eyes, clinging to him. It didn't help when she saw the column of light in the distance and the scream that had joined with it, her eyes widening as she pressed herself to him as if she could get inside his skin. She was beyond afraid, this was just about panic. No, no, no, no, no... "Sherad.... don't let me go... please don't let me go...." She whispered, her normally cheerful nature completely gone and replaced by this shaken form that clutched so tightly to him. "Arya.... it has to be Arya.... whats going on.... why is this happening.." She felt tears rolling down her cheeks, knowing her reaction would seem a little unprecedented.

Sherad didn't let Natasya go, for both of their sakes "Don't worry, I won't I promise" he said, tightening his arms around her. He almost didn't see Zera slump off. He knew his biog friends would react oddly, so he let him go, thinkng it best that Natasy be steadied, even by one who was confused as she was.
Zera slumped away, looking for a place he could simply lie down and forget whathe saw. Omens and prophecies people had were coming to the fore of his mind, scaring him to the core. This was the last thing he thought the Mother Goddess would do.

Natasya broke down crying, something she never did in front of anyone. There was an ache in her belly, sinking to her knees as the confusion fell way to memories she wish she didn't have. Usually she could forget, but after seeing that light again.... it brought things to the surface that pained her greatly. It won't happen again... Arya and all of us will make sure of that. It won't happen... She felt her own people leave and return home, not really blaming them in the least.
Jessica ended up returning to the human encampment, since she didn't want to end up lost in the trees. As expected, she had lost sight of him quickly, and figuring it best that she should talk to her people. Otherwise they might start panicking. She saw that Natasya already was. She felt bad for the girl, it was obvious she was troubled. Take good care of her Sherad. The others approached her in a daze, some still glancing back to where Priya had been. "Priya is fine and is returning with Arya and Kai. I have no idea what happened since no one really explained anything to me. But it would seem that their deity from what I can guess needed her. But she is alive and presumably well. Take the rest of the day off. We can start up again tomorrow." She said calmly, looking to each in turn.
Her eyes turned to the Marines, wondering what their reaction was. She would have expected Brother Mathias to be all over the others or running around to track Priya down. Oh well, everyone held surprises.

Alethea looked up before the streak even hit the sky, and watched soundlessly, barely catching Priya's disappearance since she had mostly been looking up. The Mother Goddess. So, it had begun. She stood up calmly, walking swiftly toward the center of the camp, the middle of all of the humans. They seemed near panic, and the scream didn't help any, she calmed them some, but you could still see the fear in their eyes and the panic being kept just below the surface. Dangerous.
Tanya watched the events unfold with wide eyes, the beam, Priya gone, the scream, trying to put it all together. Everything seemed to be coming in to place, and she was not liking it. This could be an even bigger deal then before, she feared what was to come, and fear was not something that came easily to any of her people. Tanya walked back to the center of the camp as well, having strayed to the edge, it seemed to be where everyone was gathering, and if she wanted to learn just what happened and settle her nerves any, that seemed the best place. But a human!? Why??? She was still very tense, even after being next to Alethea, for once glad of it, or she could be even worse now. But it still wasn't enough.

Kai gently took Ayra from Priya. He could tell something was different but the only thing on his mind right now was making sure she was alright. "Thank you." he stated truthfully looking Priya in the eyes, before disappearing in a whirlwind of air and light.
He didn't waste time. If anyone knew what the hell was going on it would be Malachai. But first he had to get Ayra to bed... That was his first and only thought at this moment. He wouldn't lose her now...

Priya nodded wordlessly to him, watching him vanish before she started back to her home camp, making sure that she moved quickly. "Dr. Rosen. This is Priya Nighthawk reporting in. I am fine and will return shortly. Nighthawk out." She spoke through her earring which flashed, knowing that Jessica would receive the message. The pieces are in place, now it is up to them to save their home, or destroy it. She thought to herself, taking a while before she arrived back at camp. She noticed how everyone seemed shaken, just taking it in with a calm face, giving a lazy salute to Jessica.Jessica looked up as she received the communication from Priya, not bothering to answer since she would see her shortly. Sure enough, after a while she did return in one piece, giving her signature wave which made her sigh. "I swear you are always getting kidnapped, attacked, or something Priya. You are trying to give me gray hairs early." She muttered, watching as the other researchers closed the doors to their respective residences nearby. "Oh well, you are ok, that is what is important. Shall we run a diagnostic on you?" At the shake of her head, she sighed and nodded in return. "Alright, then will you at least rest?" "I'm fine Dr. Rosen. Why don't you get some rest. I've worried you enough. I can finish things up for everyone." Priya murmured, gently nudging Jessica in the right direction with a small smile. She glanced to the residents of Telli Delon, wondering if they were going to confront her about what had happened or leave her be. Either way, she had to check on the ship to be sure it was functional, starting towards it from where she was. Jessica started off in the right direction, waiting until she had turned her back before wandering off in a different direction entirely, her feet carrying her around the perimeter. Something was off from her, something she couldn't put her finger on. But she wasn't about to press the issue either, because Priya wouldn't keep things from her normally.~~~~~~~~ Malachai was at home, done explaining everything to Jarrod so his job would be clear. He heard that scream within his own mind, staggering at the impact of what he saw flash through his sisters mind since they were so connected. Arya... He stayed on his feet, but knew that Kai would be on the way with her. He knew what was going on with them already. He felt her emotions as much as she felt his. So it is growing close. He sighed heavily, pushing himself up as he went upstairs to prepare her bed since he knew how much she should rest. "Nathaniel, Yuki, please go prepare some food and drinks. We will all need them. Jarrod may join you or us if he wishes to. He may wish to hear. Thank you." He knew that the others would also require an explanation, wondering if this should be taking place with everyone there. It would certainly be easier that way. But, it couldn't be helped, his sister needed the rest. Arya stirred while they flew, not knowing where she was at first but she could feel the arms around her. "Kai...?" She mumbled weakly, her head still pounding as she looked up to him, confused a bit as to what had happened. "Wh...where are we going?" She whispered, wondering why her back hurt so much.

"Shhhh... I'm right here." Kai whispered, holding her closer as he descended to her house. "I'm taking you home." he added, kissing her forehead. Malachai! Kai landed on the doorstep of Ayra's house and blasted through the door without an explanation. He'd worry about everything else later. His sole focus was making sure Ayra would be alright, then he'd demand that Malachai tell him what the hell was going on.

Malachai heard Kai, sighing as he heard the door break in. He could have commented, but he knew that Kai would want no jokes at this time. He was in front of them within seconds, giving his neko friend a look that told him to withhold his questions until they had gotten her settled. "You're always getting in trouble little sis." He gently teased, patting her arm lightly before taking them both upstairs, taking her from Kai once there to place her carefully on her bed, however he placed her on her back. He held out a hand, the shadows removing her top to expose her back where three hive looking bumps glared angrily at the pair. This is going to be painful..... He pulled out something for her to bite on from a drawer, along with some gauze just in case. "Kai, I will explain everything I can to you later. Now is not the time." He murmured, slipping the object between her teeth since he knew how this would happen.
Arya rested against him, too weak to fight really, nodding a little at his answer. She couldn't help but cringe at the sound of the door breaking in, looking up to see her brothers cloak swirling in front of the two of them. She heard her brother faintly, looking in his direction though everything looked fuzzy to her, managing a weak smile. "So you and Kai can come save the day.... you both like that...." She fell silent as she faded out again, wincing in her unconscious state as her single wing appeared, the image of three others fading in and out.
Suddenly her eyes snapped open and she gave a muffled cry of pain, biting down hard on something, she didn't know what. Tears rolled down her cheeks as something was breaking open the three hives, white wings shooting out, still red with her blood. When they shot out, she had screamed loudly, her head resting back on the pillow, panting as the thing she bit on slid out, panting as two final tears fell. Her wings stretched out as far as they could, blood dripping from their tips. She felt someone dabbing and bandaging her, but she couldn't register much at that moment, the shock from all the pain blinding her senses. It didn't take long for her to pass out again, her wings laying across the bed so the tips brushed the floor.
Malachai watched with saddened eyes, a hand resting on her shoulder the whole time, then treating where her new wings met her body. Little fritters of black skidded across her feathers, absorbing the blood before vanishing from sight. He still remained quiet, making sure he wasn't in the way for Kai. Once done, he rose, sighing heavily, his hands still bloody. "Now her true nature comes forth." he muttered, kissing his sister's forehead before turning to his friend. "I'd advise drinking some tea and getting a bite to eat since I have much that needs to be said. Yuki and Nathaniel will be upstairs shortly with something for us to eat. Jarrod may join us as well. You should all have a right to know now what is happening and what is predicted to happen at least from the angel's lore." He said quietly, making two chairs appear from the shadows, making one next to Arya which would be for Kai, his own next to the neko's, mindful of where her wings were laying.

Kai wasn't one to stand idly by, but he trusted Malachai. But his nails dug deep into his palms at Ayra's screams. God he had never wanted to see her in pain... He'd promised to keep her from it with all his power and here he was standing by doing nothing as it happened. It was almost too much for Kai to bear. What he hadn't expected was the wings that shot out of Ayra's body. He was awed by the majesty and beauty of them, just as he was of Ayra herself.
Knodding to Malachai Kai collapsed into the chair closest to Ayra and gently took her hand in his. He didn't know much about angel lore... But he promised himself from now on he'd know all there was about it. That way he'd be prepared to protect her... Kai hoped she'd never have to go through something like this again. His eyes looked lovingly and sadly at her as she lay there. He hated himself for being able to do nothing during her time of pain and trail.

Malachai was watching Kai silently for a moment, looking up as his siblings came into the room with two trays of food, one each. "Thanks you three. Take a seat." He brought the coffee table over to put the trays down on, bringing over the two chairs while making another appear. They all sat down, himself being the last to. He sipped some tea after Yuki prepared it, being quiet until that sip to gather his thoughts to think of where to begin. "As you all know, angels with four wings are treated special for some reason correct? It was believed at first that they were the destined leaders, at least by what everyone has been told. Also, the Mother Goddess speaks mostly through the angels for everything important."
"Now, the truth of the matter is, the angels with four wings were born normally. However, there must have been an event that would change the course of our planet or people that she would need someone who could represent her best. Thus, the angels with four wings are changing figures that are a slight embodiment to our Goddess. They are not a full embodiment mind you." He looked at his sister with a heavy sigh, running his fingers lightly across one wing. "These angels have the hardest burden though. They must see things as our Goddess does, much of her memory getting passed into them so they can understand more. They also sacrifice much in the ways of protecting our home." He took another sip of tea, taking a bite out of the sandwiches that his siblings prepared.
"Moving on from there, as you all know, Arya has been reincarnated. But the exact number of her reincarnations would be six. Each time she is reincarnated, the body she receives doesn't quite last as long. Kai, you saw the beginning signs of her accelerated decay by how she lost feathers." He nodded to his friend, taking another sip of tea before pouring himself more. "As a result, she has seen much and knows much. It is her knowledge and experience that our planet and Earth needs right now. I have lived as long as her because of an experiment that they conducted using me, Natasya and a few others. Now, it is excessively hard to kill us and we don't really age. One could say we have achieved immortality. This is why the Goddess uses me to go spy because that was my job ages past."
He closed his eyes and looked over to Arya again, closing his eyes. "I'm not the point of this though. Things are falling into place as they should be and very soon we will be fighting for our right to exist. But the major issue is this. Though our planet lives and flourishes, our Goddess is dying." He let that sink in, knowing he would have to elaborate upon that.

Kai held Ayra's hand throughout Malachai's speech. "Wait. Dying? How can a Goddess die?" he asked turning his full attention back on Malachai without releasing his hold on Ayra. Kai's mind whirled at the mere implications that the statement could hold if it were true. Everything in there planet was created around and through the life force of the Mother Goddess and their Planet's life force. So if the Mother Goddess was dying...
