Whelp, first off, Soul is right. The look is for photography. How do I know? I took photo already in my High School. Secondly, if you look sad and have a black hood, that means... your sad and are wearing a black hood. That means I could say if you smiled and were smoking a cigarette I can call you a hippie. So Don't Generalize.
Secondly, Probably because nobody wants to Blade, or they just don't find it interesting....

Other than that I have Hiro in Gekkou and I haven't put much thought into other clans yet.
