Until I ship. Heading to Fort Jackson South Carolina for two months then to Fort Gordon Georgia for eight months then where ever they send me after that.
Down to a seven days now.

Two months at the earliest, and maybe for a while yet after that. Anyone who knows me knows that when I set my mind to doing something I go at it full steam...I intend to be at the top of the food chain before I retire. Yeah, settle down with a nice, fat, officer's retirement check.

Unless the United States gets invaded I seriously doubt I'll ever have to worry about getting shot - at least until I meet KB then there could be some worries. My job will be a Special Computer Detection System Repairer. I'll fix everything from night vision goggles to missile guidance systems...I'm gonna be a in a little box and fixing everything they put in front of me. And if I do have to fight? Well then fine, I know what I'm enlisting for.
