Thistle I can make you (and anyone else who wants one and is willing to give me their real address just for this) a copy of my belly dance slim down work out dvd. If you (or anyone else) wants one lemme know. I used to do it while my son was at school and my daughter was napping but one day I did it in front of my son and hubby on the weekend. They found it fun to watch and I dared them to join me and they enjoyed it. So now, when we have time, we all do it together. It is fun alone or with others. It is a basic work out so its nothing too fancy looking but it'll teach you some of the basics. 3nodding
I got hungry reading this thread too so I ran to Walmart and bought 2 gallons of ice cream. Part of it is probably due to my time of the month coming up soon. Some times I hate being a woman but anything that gives me a legitimate reason to buy and eat ice cream can't be all bad I suppose.

*searches for the location thread, but to no avail*
I'd enjoy bellydancing and staying in shape along the way, but wanted to make sure that mailing a DVD doesn't cost too much.
Edit: There it is.. found it. ^^

Where do you live again Sindeira? It can't cost that much so I'm not to terribly worried about it. Darn it, now I want pie! Or cinnamon and sugar dusted butter toast... hmm... food!!! Edit: I just saw this page and wanted to share it for all of those who are interested in music and/or exercise: Music helps us shed pounds?

*waves* Just peeking in. I'm trying to do my homework...but it is more fun to cuddle with my cat in bed while watching a really good movie with Grace Kelly. Forget the title, but is the one she won the oscar for.

Schadenfreude, lol.. this is a word I just learned last year. In fact, I found these great flip books called schadenfeude that were, well... tiny situations where you could laugh at the misfortune of others! They made a great birthday gift for a friend of mine who has everything. schadenfreudeAside from that... thank you crafty! I love gifts! Thank you stolen cat for the cravat! Youreally are a doll.... makes me suspicious, you being so nice. What is it you hope to gain from this? pirate to everyone here, good morning.

Okay, I know what it is, I have figured out why I gert overwhelmed in here (the guild). There are too many people all at once that seem insanely cool and get-to-knowable, and I just cannot figure out how to get to know SO many people at once. I am thinking, maybe I will go a person a week, or every two weeks, and try to read up what you have written and get to know you better. I think then I will feel more "real" in here. You all have such diverse lives, and you all have such a sweetness to you ( I think that's what makes this guild work so well), and I can only take in so much at once! So....

That's a great idea thistle! I feel like that sometimes too. And I miss some real time with people I mesh well with because we have different time zones. sweatdrop

See I must be strange. I love getting to know tons of people all at once and then sifting through them to pick my favorites. Normally it works well but here, in this guild, I haven't met anyone I don't like yet! Luckily I am great I dealing with large groups of people and multi-tasking. sweatdrop whee 4laugh

Can I be a favorite of the favorites? Top 10 would be good, just make sure you put someone between me and thistle7 - she tries to touch me inappropriately when nobody is looking. sweatdrop

Oh course you can be in my top ten Exxos! As to who to put between you and Thistle... hmm... that is gonna be kind of tough since most of the gals here enjoy picking on you since your reactions are just too cute.
