Zala@: Okay, You have Ice Element, right? if you do then You can't have Ice Element because It must be only Chunin but Genin can't have it until next Element for your Wind as Chunin... Did you know that? However Water and Wind are Nature to becoming Ice Element like Hyoton (Yuki Clan) Hyoton get ice as genin for the sake of the members. How? If Genin can nature Water and Wind to change Ice If they are enough for their ranks Haku was a Chunin and he fought against Sasuke and Naruto Edit@: Hyouton Creation is the blood inheritance limit of the Yuki Clan which Haku hailed from the Water Country. This unique Ice style is formed through the simultaneous usage of the Water and Wind elemental styles. The citizens of the Water Country blamed the bloodline clans for the constant wars and strife.

Wait... isn’t it also stated that the users of the Hyoton are 'cursed'? And frankly, I’m kind of believing it when the only few members of the clan in the manga have a horrible history? One of them was betrayed by her husband and stabbed to death, while the other one was stabbed by a chidori, resurrected, stabbed by a chidori again, cut in half, and then trapped.

Haku's kekkei genkai, Ice Release (Hyōton; "Haku's Secret Arts of Water", "Ice Style") allowed him to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice which he could manipulate through willpower alone. The ice Haku created was largely immune to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with flames. Using his special ability, Haku developed the Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors, which allowed him to create any number of mirrors made of ice to use as a shield or trap an opponent. Without the Kekkai Genkai- In the first Naruto movie, several of the Yukigakure ninja also had the ability to use Ice Release techniques. However, this was not the product of a similar kekkei genkai, as demonstrated by Kakashi's ability to replicate one of these techniques with his Sharingan. In addition, unlike Haku, who could create his own ice, the Ice Release techniques used in the movie required the users to manipulate already existing ice. The Yukigakure ninja most commonly used the Dog hand seal. Stage 1- Is the Ablity to create and Control Snow/Ice! There are many ways in which one can use these techinques. Yet it is easily broken, and can be melted. Stage 2- Gains the full ability to create solid ice, which take moderate jutsus to meld down, especially fire. Requirements- Must have both Water and Wind Elements, to make Ice!

Haseo, we have decided that Hyoton members can use ice when they are genin. The requirement is there so that the second element must be wind.
There is not really anything else to say on the issue. We know the traditional naruto theology, but this is only one change on that system.

In addition, Zala's move is more jelly then water, and water with different properties is simply water in the naruto world. Look at the water syrup techniques and such. Jelly-like water is also seen in Hōzuki's bloodlien who does not possess wind [when they faint, they can not use technique properly].

wow... I skimmed it through my teeth..... that means.. if Murasaki is chunnin.. I can get a Super Saiyan transformation on her and she can then harden her jutsu into ice too! No wait, I'm pushing my luck.... but since she's having a personality crisis too that makes her malice grow.... it will work but only if she passes.... hm..... hmm.. indeed...

I also find it funny that Fairly Odd parents pwn logic of jello weak against earth attacks when Timmy wishes the whole city of Dimsdale be coated in jello so the earthquake doesn't destroy the city~ LOL

If anything, the city would've felt the earthquake 10 fold due to the shaking of the earth. Jello is looser and less dense and it would shake until it would just fall apart. But it would also shake 5 times more than a solid object. Anything inside of it would just be slammed around and would crumble.
