Alasdair gave s light laugh as DB agreed. Alasdair already had a plan to deal with Tokeru, but it had to go step by step. “All you have to do to swear allegiance to me”. Alasdair turned around to face the other two vampires by the door. “That goes for you as well” Alasdair spoke with authority now, it was business. “I have a plan to deal with the hunters…You can all be sure of that.”

Veroen listened silently, and observed the conversation with great consideration, remembering the battle between the one talking to Alasdair and the one called Tokeru he had witnessed only a few days before. He wandered into deep thought, while still keeping an ear open to the conversation at hand.

Lily listened intently, taking in every word and processing it accordinly. She was a bit nervous, though she would never show it, because she'd been in New York for quite some time but never was actually apart of anything. As she had told Alasdair, she was a wanderer and now that she was going to be a part of this she feared these people would get too close to her.

He laughed."Alasdair,I may swear my allegiance to but expect me to call you master,overlord or any crap like that."He said agreeing and laughing at the same time."Just remeber the conditions I agreed under.I do believe you are familiar with them.

“I am” Alasdair replied. He clinched his fingers into a fist and raised his hand to his eye level. He was looking at a pitch black ring with an old family emblem on it. “The only way for the void to trust you enough to lend itself to you…You must kiss the ring.” Alasdair said as he looked at it. He wanted DB to be healthy already, for he had a job for him. Something only he could do.

Veroen thought about it some more...in silence he thought about any possible consequences that could come of swearing allegiance to Alasdair, for he swore allegiance to no one person. the only times he had swore allegiance was long ago to his clan of Assassins, which disbanded centuries ago, and recently to the Coven.
"I have already swore my allegiance to the Coven. I do not intend on betraying that allegiance. I think that is enough, for i will do as you ask, for you are a comrade," he said while not moving at all from the position against the wall that he was in.

Lily continued to listen, interested in what was happening for she didn't understand it and was trying to. She listened to Veroen's statement and wondered if swearing her allegiance to Alasdair was a wise decision. Lily didn't have anywhere near a soft spot for hunters but she didn't want to get involved in something that could potentially turn on her and shake her life up anymore than it already was.

“If you have sword allegiance to the coven…To Rogue...then you are part of us. But this man is not from the coven… Neither is Jasie” Alasdair replied to Veroen. He understood the concerns of the vampire. Alasdair already knew the mission of the assassin, and had a good idea of the squad to assign him.

Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared. Sorain walked into the nightclub in his human form of course. He sat down at the bar, he recognized the scent of the two that he had met at the junk yard but decided that it might be best if he just ignored them. He ordered a drink and then turned around in his chair looking around a club and bobbing his head to the music with his eyes resting closed. Just trying to relax as he let the drink take him away. “The void will slowly let itself be known to you…In a few days you will be able to travel through the darkness.” Alasdair grinned as he reached into his coat. He took out two slim folders; they had all the information on two hunters. Alasdair knew DB would take the stronger of the two, because Alasdair knew his fighting prowess. Alasdair took each folder on each hand and handed DB one of the folders.
The folder Alasdair handed to DB was of the hunter Adrian Nightingale, Altered Human. “This will be your target; you are the only one that can make short work of him. Take the Train Squad. They will be under your command, and will transport you.” The Train Squad was composed of four vampires. Very tough, two assault rifles, one mini gun and a sniper.

Veroen nodded in satisfaction of Alasdair's reply. Things were moving slowly, but surely. His main mission would have to wait, for the Hunters were his new top priority.
"The Lycans will have to wait their turn..." he thought to himself silently. "I will get my revenge...."
He thought about it some more, and figured that this will turn to his benefit, for the Hunters could interfere with his main mission, so this would have to be the first step in his ultimate goal...
"Good," is all he said, replying to Alasdairs statement.

"So am I Alasdair.I just want Jasie to not be a traitor to the vampires anymore...even if she is mad at me."He said sighing he knew this time Jasie may not forgive him but that wouldn't change how he feels about her."So anything you would like me to do as I did agree to follow the necassary orders just don't expect me to do any silly little tasks for you."He said then noticing Alasdair handing a folder to him and instructing him on wha to do."So you want me to take this person out?"He asked making suire he understood.

Alasdair grinned at DB. “If it’s possible to bring him to us do so, alive; if you can’t, eliminate him.” Alasdair turned to see Veroen. Alasdair knew that if he was an assassin, and still alive, then he must be good fighter. “I know you know Kuro…I want you to assist him in taking in Amnity and Mephlius.” Alasdair had the folder with both profiles. He waited for the assassin to take it.
“Oh..I forgot” Alasdair dug into his pocket, with his free hand, and took out two pairs of stud earrings. He tossed one to each man. “It’s a communicator”. It was also an untraceable and undetectable transmitter that would allow them to talk to Alasdair and would permit Alasdair to listen to whatever they heard.

Lily walked up behind Alasdair and put her hand on his shoulder, looking up at him with a mischievous grin.
"Where do I come into all of this? I've seen you talk to the boys but you haven't paid any attention to me" she made puppy dog eyes up at him.
