I am actually going to have Tegral renounce 90% of his technology, with the exception of the biological modules I'll have installed to give him the capabilities of like magic, alchemy, psychics, and that sorta stuff.
Than teach Tegral...? Not likely to happen. Tegral'll just start experimenting at that point.

So I figured, but I think Tegral would also be aware of the dangers, and time consumption, of that path as well. Than would also be more likely to know about more extreme and unique magic than Nana.
Even on the off chance that Nana chooses to teach Tegral (in which she would actually interact without other people, god forbid!) Than would probably be around some of the time. Than also has the potential to put in a 'good word' for Teg, assuming his opinion actually has any weight with Nana xp

Humans are humans, Than, which means Tegral would rather waste the time and run the potential risks involved with trial and error rather than take the hit to his pride and ask Thanatos for any sort of help. A good word with Nana would be fine and dandy, really, but in the end she either teaches him or she doesn't, either way Tegral will learn how to do magics if he had to burn the forest around him to do it.

Of course; I'd never dream of Tegral swallowing his pride; look what happened to Rookin. Than isn't really the encouraging coach type, though. Odds are if he did train Teg, 90% of the sessions would be duking it out with Teg as a way of making him get better. Than isn't going to completely turn around and make nice with the ex-admiral.

Even if Nana did teach Tegral there'd be a good chance that he'd end up duking it out with Than once or twice anyways. xd

KB's likely to get shot, or electrocuted, the first time Tegral sees him...plus Thanatos will get some strong words too xd
