Victoria's eyes widened when he said the price range. She almost fainted, but she steadied herself and stood up. She still felt dizzy as she glanced down at him lying there. "Are you crazy?" She said, overwhelmed. She never spent that much in a year, let alone a day! She bit her lip, almost hyperventilating. "This isn't a good idea, Dante. I know it isn't." She felt sick to her stomach and ran into the bathroom, hovering over the toilet, expecting something to come up. Nothing ever did, and she walked back into the living room, her breathing shallow.

He watched Victoria walk back in. Yup knew this was coming he thought as she came back in. "Nope not even close to crazy. Well maybe I am, but not now. It's not that much. I'll get it back in a month." he told her. It was true. His investments were doing well, and he planned on investing more. It would be his personal present. He never bought himself anything. The jacket he wore has been the same one for the past six years. Why couldn't he spend a little bit of money on himself? If he had it then he would use it. He looked at Victoria. "It's not like I buy all kinds of things. Plus things are going well in that category right now, unlike everything else in my life. So why can't I buy myself something nice?" he asked her like he was asking his own mother a question. These were the types of things that his mother always lectured him about. But she was always on his side and he would usually side with Victoria.

Victoria gave him a glare, but then softened when he mentioned he never bought himself nice things, why not this? She sighed, knowing that she wasn't his mother anyway. "Fine." She was too tired to argue with him. If she could, she would fall asleep right on the table. "One thing before you go to sleep though, Dante. I want you to think this decision over. Make sure this is what you want. Most people don't, so I just suggest you should. Think it over, and I will see you in the morning. If not, I will see you in the afternoon, in a clean house or dirty." Before he could speak, she went into her small bedroom, kicked off her shoes, and fell into bed, falling asleep in seconds.

Dante was the only one up. He was no where near tired. He wondered if Aria was asleep yet, but he wasn't sure. He would take the risk of texting her anyway.
Hey home slice. Didn't know if you were sleeping or not, but hopefully you're not. Yeah so I was wondering....would you want to hang out tomorrow? Do a couple of errands with me? It'll be a little early, maybe 10 am if so.
Dante hit the send button and waited for her to text back. He thought about what Victoria said. Do I really want this or am I trying to make myself happy with pointless things? he asked himself. He thought about it for a while. He finally came to the decision that he really wanted it. He always wanted it, so it was final.

Aria had climbed in her bed and was about to fall asleep when her phone chimed.
"Ugh.." she moved and knocked it on the ground.
She rolled over and seriously contemplated not picking it up, but then she rolled back over and retrieved it. She saw the message from Dante and sleepily responded:
Sure, sounds funn. Seeyah tomorow
(note the typos xD...It kills me crying )

In the midst of Dante digging deeper into his thoughts, his phone vibrated across the table, and he quickly picked it up. It was Aria and she agreed to go along with him. He put the phone back to sleep and laid it down on the table. He checked his watch: 2:30 am. He would be drinking still if everything didn't happen the way it did. This fact made him crave it even more. Every time he turned around, he always had alcohol, and this sudden change was not going to go by well. He closed his eyes and drifted off into one of the deepest, but scariest sleeps in his life, as horrible memories began to play.

**Timeskip!?** Victoria woke up to a dim light shining through her grimy window, and birds chirping outside. It seemed like a beautiful day to the world, but not her. She felt horrible. Her tongue was dry, she had a headache, and her stomach was cramping. She rolled out of bed, immediately having a horrible day. She sighed and then groaned when pain hit her stomach even worse. She ran to the bathroom, feeling like she was about to throw up. She never did, but the stomach cramps got even worse, and she gasped, almost overwhelmed. What was wrong? Had the flu taken over? Something hit her mind and her eyes widened, running to to her bedroom. She kept a calendar in there... She checked the date and then flipped back to the previous month. She felt sick when she saw it was around that time for her. She groaned and ran to the bathroom, hoping Dante was in his hangover bad enough that he couldn't hear her.

Dante awoke to some sort of commotion. "What the hell is that noise.' he said in a groggy voice as he grabbed his head. Someone left the curtains open and he grabbed his eyes in pain. He had the worst of headaches and the sun wasn't helping. He got up off the couch and shut the curtains and headed towards the bathroom. In the midst he saw Victoria running to the bathroom, and he wondered what was going on. He went to the closed door and knocked. "You alright in there? Are you sick or something?" he asked trying to wake up still. He rubbed his eyes and yawned. Even the yawning made his head hurt. "Why the hell did I drink so much?" he asked himself as he held his head in pain. He needed to go to the bathroom, but he could wait until Victoria was done.

Victoria heard a noise the second time she ran into the bathroom, and suddenly someone was knocking. Dante's voice came through the closed door and her face erupted in flames. She totally forgot he had slept in her apartment last night. And she was the only girl in the house! She moaned, and this time it wasn't from the pain. "Uh, just a minute...." She whispered, hoping he could hear her. She was clumsily rifling through her cabinets in the bathroom, praying she had some tampons or pads to help her. No. Nothing. She went through one more time, but nothing was there. She grit her teeth and opened the door, feeling strange. "Uh, Dante?" She couldn't tell him. Her face was entirely red as she stared at the floor, wanting to hide her face. "I have a problem." She doubled over in pain when the cramps got worse. She fell to the floor and laid on the cold tile, her cheek pressed against them. "I'm sick. I'm cramping." She didn't dare look up at him.

Dante knew exactly what that meant. He lived with only his mom since he was young and knew all too well what was happening. Eff my life Dante thought as he looked down at her. He nervously said, "Do you have the stuff for that?" He was a guy and talking about anything of that sort was not guy code. He hated talking about anything that had to do with bodily habits. He didn't know what to do. "Wait don't even tell me. I can't handle talking about this stuff." Dante took out his wallet and laid twenty dollars on the floor. "If you don't have it then go get it." Dante walked back out into the living room. He put his head on the couch and the pillow on his head. It was not the time for anything. He felt like crap and his head was killing him.

Aria awoke the next morning feeling oddly...refreshed. She walked into her bathroom and got dressedin a black tee and some jeans with holes at the knees. She put in her pin that signified she worked at Trisha's shop and slid down the bannister of the stairs.
"Bye all, seeya later on." "Aria we still want to ta-"
Aria slammed the door on her father's words and walked to her happy job.
"Well you seem delighted." Trisha said in an unapproving tone. "I'm sorry Trish, really sorry. Forgive me?" Trisha sighed. "Only because you're my favorite employee. BUT, you can make up the time you owe by stocking the shelves while I go get us some breakfast."
Trisha threw on her jacket and walked out the door.
"Aye aye captain.." Aria mumbled as she grabbed the boxed cds from the back.

Victoria stared at the twenty and sighed. She closed her eyes when it hit her again. "Jesus.." This time she didn't apologize to God, she was in too much pain at that moment. She got up slowly, the toilet supporting her. She went into the living room, walking like a turtle. "Dante.." She breathed slowly and bit her lip, continuing. She had the twenty in her hand and she sat on the table in front of him. It seemed like her face would never return to it's natural color. It seemed it was red permanently. She closed her eyes and touched the pillow softly. "Dante, I can't go get the items. I'm in..too much pain." This was the worst one she had ever had, and she knew it. She could barely walk, let alone walk or call a cab to a grocery store, or Dillions. Daren woke up feeling great. He got dressed quickly, eying the clock. It was only eight 'o' clock, he couldn't believe it. He wondered if Aria was up and decided that she wouldn't be. But he wanted to check anyways. After a quick banana and brushing his teeth, he called goodbye to his mother and sprinted out of the house and took a jog over to Aria's house, ringing her doorbell. When she didn't answer, he sighed and walked into town, passing the grocery store, some apartments, and a music store.

Dante just looked at her. He couldn't be seen getting that stuff. HE WAS A GUY! He couldn't let her go without either. He looked at Victoria with money in hand. "******** my life." Dante said as he grabbed the money from her. He looked at the clock. It was only eight. If it was ten I would have those two go and get the stuff he thought as he put on his shoes. "Write down what you need and I'll be back." Dante said in a calm, but annoyed voice. He hated life as it was and now he had to do this.

Aria happened to glance out out of the store's glass door and she saw Daren pass. She dropped the boxes, which landed on her foot.
"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!" she screamed.
Good thing the store wasn't open yet, Trisha would have murdered her. She limped to the door and called through the glass.
"Daren. Heya!"

Victoria sighed in relief when he said he would do it, but giggled when he said to screw his life. "I'm sorry, Dante." She croaked out, gasping. Even laughing hurt her. She grabbed a piece of paper from the kitchen, which seemed to take hours, but only took minutes. She came back with a pen and wrote down, 'Box of pads'. She gave it to him and watched his reaction, her eyes wide and her cheeks beet red.
Daren heard someone shout his name and he glanced around, seeing Aria leaning out of a doorway. Happy to catch her, he jogged over to her quickly and went into the store behind her. "You work here, or getting something to buy?" He figured she was working, but he didn't know and had to ask.
