Jasie loved the feeling of teleportation, even though it was her first time being teleported. Jasie immediately, following after teleportation, knew the leader must be a vampiric void user and that he hated being given orders. Before she could exact her interest in Alasdair and thank him, Db shot up and caught her attention head on.
Jasie merely nodded through his whole cover story it seemed. His pitch patched story with only the important info cut out. Well the important information to her. She wished she could sum him up and eye the leader thoroughly, who in fact was Alasdair. She found herself wondering what arrangement the two of them concocted together, and she became suspicious and amused by the two now. With Alasdair she had, reasons to. But with Db, she didn’t. She felt as if she never even knew him at all now.

“I’m relieved your ok…” she said to Db. Jasie wanted to thank Alasdair, thank him for, well. Thank him, for his swiftness in bringing her to Db and for his diligence in bringing Db to safely.
Jasie then looked back at Db, “Thank you for feeling as if you needed to protect me… but I can take care of myself D.” she said firmly and then added, “I always have been able to do that, but being around you made me forget that. I can‘t make that mistake anymore. So you go full fill whatever requirements and plans you and Alasdair need accomplished, and leave me out in the dark again…” she paused for the briefest of moments, “It’s better that way… the less I know, the more unprepared I am for assailants lurking in the dark to get me. But what they don’t know, is that I’m here to bite back.” she smirked and then began to turn away.

"Jasie,you don't understand.Tokeru is out to kill you and he was able to take me out without even touching me.Not to mention his sword,theres something strange about it,I'm sure I blocked it yet I felt pain.Hes not someone you can take out or protect yourself from,I'm not even sure that I can if he uses that power on me."He said noticing that she turned away."But once me and Alasdair complete are agreement I should be able to take him out easier,as soon as he gives me what he promised.I may not like taking orders but for now its best if I help out with the necassities that Alasdair needs done."

Jasie listened, trying to think with a logical mind instead of a pissed off one. The most logical thing would be, to follow orders and obey Db’s wishes. But that was not what she had in mind of ever doing now, and it was never any fun either. And besides, she hated being ordered around just as Alasdair did. But Jasie’s pride was hurt by Db, and she didn’t know if she could stand to be around him anymore. Let alone, be confined with guarding fools to look after her like some damsel in distress.
Jasie looked at him, both mad and hurt. “I do understand… you pushed me in the dark because you…“ she couldn’t even finish the sentence. Trust, was a hard thing to give, but obtaining it from someone you loved. Well that was even harder. She looked away from him again as she spoke. “Quite frankly-- my life, is my business. Not yours.” immediately after she spoke those words, she regretted saying them. But she held her ground and stood firm on them.

He was a little shocked by her words."Jasie...I only didn't tell you as I didn't want you stopping me but...if thats how you feel you can go find out the hard way what I mean."At first he seemed sad but then his emotions faded away."If thats the only way you will understand what I mean then go ahead and face Tokeru but...if you do and you can't beat him I will be there to help you if needed but only if needed.Just if you do please remeber I warned you,I'm only doing all this because...I don't want to lose you."He really didn't want to give Tokeru a chance to kill her but if its the only way to get her to trust what he does then he had lttle choice.If Alasdair would hurry up and complete there agreement there wouldn't be any problem with it.

Kuro appeared in one of the upper rooms of Las Noches. Satisfied with his conversion of another vampire, he sat down on the bed and smiled. "Ah, nothing to do now but wait for Alasdair`s return." He placed the assault rifle on the bed next to him, as the four squad members appeared. He looked to one of them who reported the location of Amnity and Mephlius, "Ah, very good, we`ll catch them after they leave."

Jasie spun around facing him, and slapped him hard across the cheek. Sadness and pain was etched into her very core and showing agonizingly through her silver grey eyes. “How dare, you… !” It was all she said, and it seemed as if it echoed off the walls of the room. Emphasizing the anguish, on each word she spoke.
“How could you…” she asked a few seconds later. To the utterly stun, and shocked grieving Db, at her slapping him.
“How could you say all that to my face… ?” she paused, trying desperately to hide the pain she felt. “Like I’m some naïve child, who could never understand the gravity of your situation. You never even gave me a chance to understand D. And even though you were trying to handle all this without me, you brought this whole business with Tokeru and Alasdair, all collapsing in around me. So now I’m being smothered with the fact that you couldn’t trust me enough to tell me, and that you did this without me ever even knowing, and me never even knowing about either of them.” Jasie paused only to turn from him to wipe a tear from her cheek, and then she turned to him again with tearful eyes. “So tell me…" a tear fell from her pale cheek, and as more fell, they began as tears of blood. "Tell me how I’m suppose to feel with all this knowledge and devastation of mistrust, suffocating me?”

Alasdair appeared inside DB’s room. He held the female vampire in his arm. Alasdair grinned as he saw Jasie talking to DB. He must be at full strength by now.
Alasdair took a few steps forward, letting go of Lily. “Am I interrupting anything” Alasdair said to DB with a slight sarcastic tone.

Out of the shadows, Veroen appeared silently. Looking around, admiring the club.
"Its a good base of operations.." he thought to himself as he walked up the stairs toward one of the upper rooms. "Now all to do is wait for Alasdair and the girl."
He entered one of the rooms, and there, he found Kuro, sitting on a bed, He nodded at Kuro in greeting and scanned the room, and memorized its layout, which was normal for him, for that is what an assassins instincts told him to do, like reflex. He then leaned up against the wall, bent one of his knees, rested the sole of his foot of that leg, onto the wall, and crossed his arms, bowed his head a little and closed his eyes, and waited.

Arik ran up to the club panting.
"Alasdair? You here" He sent out a mental wave looking for he really needed to speak to him. He sat at the bar and asked for a whiskey.
He drank it in one go.
His cross on his back that was given to him by Markus started make something out of a part of Ariks bone and Siyo's parents souls that where inside it.
