Lupin the 3rd(III) is a classic anime as well as a foundation for many modern shows, not only limited to anime. The show stars 5 characters, with Rupin(or Lupin) being the main attraction. Hes a wily, clever, and crazy crook going about his business of heists and thefts throughout the world while keeping two steps ahead of Inspector Zenigata, who can never seem to catch the smooth as silk Rupin.

The best part about Lupin is that he always has a second plan. His improvisational skills are just as top notch. He is a master of disguise that can impersonate damn near anyone. His agility also allows him to pull off some of the crazy stunts needed for some thefts.

Des Voh You've got to hand it to Jigen, Fujiko, and Goemon too. Of coarse, Jigen has the marksmanship of a sniper with his revolver and Goemon can cut through damn near anything. Fujiko is very manipulative which turns out to be both good and bad for the gang.
