Madden pulled out the book he'd made for her and ran her fingers through the pages to find something interesting. She found another temple, this one said it was dedicated to a series of animal gods, based on the current era of the civilization. It sounded interesting. "How about this?" she asked, showing him the map to it.

Kuro smiled and nodded some. "As you wish, my dear." he said, getting the horses going. He steered the carriage until they arrived at the temple. By that time it was night. Kuro got down and opened the door. "Shall we go in, or shall I build a fire and we sleep for the night." he asked, kissing Madden's hand sweetly.

Madden was going to protest that she wasn't tired at all, and that they should keep going, but she yawned just when he kissed her hand. Smiling sheepishly, she put her arms around Kuro and nuzzled him. "I guess sleep," she said, her eyes feeling heavy.

Kuro nodded some and wrapped his arms around her. He then got into the carriage and pulled out a fluffy mattress out from each bench, covering the whole floor, making it a giant bed. He then got out two thick blankets, laying one over the mattresses, the other for their cover. He then bowed and let Madden get into bed first. "Your bed, milady."

Madden smiled as Kuro got things ready, and she sat down on the bed, blushing as he bowed at her. She reached out and grasped his hand, tugging him down with her, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him. This trip had been so much fun so far, and she loved being around Kuro. She was rather happy that classes had been let out so early...

Kuro smiled and joined Madden in the bed, sharing the kiss. He laid down next to her, soon breaking the kiss and smiling. He then laid the warm blanket over her, stroking her hair. "Get some rest."

Madden curled up against Kuro, resting her head on his chest. She closed her eyes and started to fall asleep slowly. "Good night," she whispered before falling into a dream.

Maria was starting to feel a little hungry, and she was pretty sure that Shiro would be too. So, she slipped away, headed to the kitchen to cook something. For whatever reason, things had been restocked, so she started to sift through the various things, wondering what to make.

Shiro remained asleep as Maria slipped away to cook. After a while the raven began to wake up. He then wandered downstairs, smelling something good.

Maria had made some simple breakfast, with yummy spicy omelettes and sausages, as well as some pancakes with blueberry syrup. She'd found some fresh strawberries, and after washing them put them in bowls.

Maria jumped a little when Shiro showed up, having not heard him coming. She smiled and gestured to his plate. "You're welcome. I was starving."
