He claims to be a play tester. But I have never heard of a play tester working for bungie, getting paid to move between the US and england, and pulling that sort of money.

30 x 6 = 180
180 x 5 = 900
25 x 4 = 100
900 + 100 = 1000
if i made 1k every week, i'd get about 52k a year, but i dont make exactly 1k a week, so its usally less.
KIT: i help find the bugs and problems in their software and programs, so a tester, its game related stuff....
Ishmail: i dont get payed to move between the two countries, thats where most of my money goes, into the flights, and the apartment over there............. But also, ishmail, how many people do you know who do work for bungie?

Im just curious. I think working for bungie was a great choice ^^
I used to be a game tester for mirco soft. But my testing was diffrent.
I played a game...When i beat it i kept it..And i sumbitted a review then got to keep the game. That was my job and my payment. Free video games. But i only signed on for 6 months. but i got to test some great games. Halo 2, Rainbow six locked down, Call of duty, And one game i cant name cuz they decided it was going to be a 360 game so they reinitialized it. But that was way back when. In the old days.
A lot of game industries pay people to find bugs and other things in their software. Just like the government in USA trying to hire hackers to better protect their systems. No big deal...Most of the times the people the companines pay...Arent even real employess of the undustry.
Any way. I scored 17 touchdown passes today after school in football practice ^^

doctors get more than me, and i dont know ishmail Do you have a job ishmail? kit the philosipher A lot of game industries pay people to find bugs and other things in their software. Just like the government in USA trying to hire hackers to better protect their systems. No big deal...Most of the times the people the companines pay...Arent even real employess of the undustry. That is me, and heck, you think 1k a week is alot, some people make about £120 an hour, thats more than 4x the ammount i make, and its all to do with testing, cause really, if you think about it, the people who find the most glitches and bugs in the game are the people play it, so, its better to hire someone who will find them all, than get bad reviews for having alot of the bugs, cause a bad rating or review means less people will buy their games, so that way they lose money, so they lose a grand a week (ish) to some random guy (me), its that, or lose millions due to the problems with the games, and people not buying it.

Actually I did. I worked for AT&T doing engineering work through a contractor. That contract let up, I got laid off, and am about to start a new one working on CitiGroup computers. Moving and updating them for about a month. You know, ACTUAL work and not just trying to increase my e-peen to, how did you put it? anyone else on the other side of the world? edit: well naruto you can. Just be like wings and lie to us. You see, no company is so stupid to make a person travel from country to country. they would just MAIL THE GAMES. Explain that wings. Why would they be making you travel when they could just simply package them up and mail them off just as easily? Or for that matter, hire someone closer to the work place?
