Bio: Parents died in a accident but it is said that his father gave hime to a Jounin of the cloud village before he died and was taught by a jounin but his sensi( jounin)the jounin was of the hidden cloud village so he tought yari some ways to use lighning jutsu's but whent to the mist village and became a great jounin knowing many jutsu's and was killed by a strange man with snake eyes now he is setting his goal to find that man and to avenge is sensi but before his sensi died he gave yari a sword.

Made Up Technique: Mizurai no jutsu (water/lightning) Water and lightning join and attack the oppenet with full force and has the ability to kill it uses enourmious amounts of chakra and it may be a forbidden jutsu.
Doberai no jutsu a fuse between resggan and mizurai no justu this is a powerful attack that Yari has and the only one he has Yet to use until the chunnin exams.
