I'm kind of curious as to if obscenely rich as being a sin... A pope that wears prada seems to contradict his own ruling. Of course, being a Taoist myself in most aspects, maybe that's just my own apathy towards western religeon in general kicking up some ignorance.

I'm not saying the new list of sins is utterly flawless. The capacity to do good or evil lies in the actions of man, not the philosophical ideals he creates. Historically the Church has usually maintained an obscene level of wealth. But what they preach is to have that money and not use it to aid your fellow man is a sin in the eyes of god. It is not just aravice but the refusal to help when you have the means to do some good.

I'm just a nice guy I guess.
And I'm still leaning towards Saga Edition when I get home next week. Interested?

Sure, sounds like fun. What kind of campaign are you going to do? So I can get a character idea ready.

My idea that's better than Night Trap is an anti-horror themed game.

In essence, you have godmode and infinite ammo, but everyone else doesn't, and you have to ensure the survival of the people you're with.

Like, it's a plane crash and you and the other survivors find out you're stuck at Camp Crystal Lake, so you gotta help them setup a temporary base with good enough defenses to fend off Jason while at the same time, fending him off yourself so he can't kill them all before they get it done.

Then they call for help from their base and help will arrive in so long, so you gotta play defender and hold out until then, upon which you all escape and wind up bunking in a hotel on Elm Street, and then Freddy surfaces to kill them in their sleep.

After you deal with that, one of them pulls out a doll from their stuff and it turns out to be Chucky, etc.

It'd be full of comical moments, like in dialogue, your char comments on why the Hell they're always so stupid. " If you know he's out there, DON'T GO OUTSIDE BY YOURSELF! " etc.

Its gonna be Post episode 3, probably only a few months after the movie events.
I'm rolling up a rogueish character as we speak.
We'll be using point buy and there will be a limit on available equipment and classes.

Yeesh. I hate protect missions.
I can defend myself no problem. Its looking out for idiot NPC's that poses the problem.

What classes can we play? I was thinking about a Bounty Hunter type character.

Soldier, Scout, Noble, Scoundrel, Jedi.
bounty Hunter is a prestige class available 7th level at the earliest. I'm going for the Gunslinger prestige class myself and am taking the scoundrel class first to get to it.
Each class has a variety of Talent Trees to customize your choice but 'm betting you're going to want either scout or soldier.

Probably, I will have to look at the book before I make a decision of course.

Remember that the Imperial Era is just setting in so the Galaxy is getting a Clamp Down on it.
I think an IPKC is about 200 credits actually.
Now what kind of bounty Hunter are you thinking about? Theres all types.

No clue yet. Bounty Hunter was just the first thing that came to mind for a Star Wars campaign. (Seeing as I never have played one.) What types would be fairly prevelent?
