nope heaps heaps, you need around three sentences per post.
for example:
She walked into the room, her heart racing, she didn't know she was going to say when she saw him let alone what she was going to do. That's when she saw him, her month opened but nothing comes out, he waves in greeting and she felt her face flush with color. Walking slowing towards him with a shy look on her face she bows before him, "H..hello." she manges to squeeze out.
like that!

I can do that! but I don't really watch the amount of words I post sometimes it just comes flowing out of my head and I just keep typing ^_^

you can post as many times as you want it doesn't have to be a regular thing- you can post heaps on day and only once the next it's really up to you ^^

same! i find it hard to write back if the other person doesn't give you alot to work with- then i try and make things that they can work with as well ^^
