Tch. I say if all the bad apples were plucked and done away with right away, the people who mistakes after would be committing minor crimes, and would get off with warnings or tickets. You know, jaywalking and stuff.

Don't even get me started with the judicial system. If the legislative branch is stupid and the executive system is ignorant, then the judicial system is just plain malevolent.
