Okay, finished two clans for the bloodline contest. Can't say they're that good, but definitely interesting at least.

Okaley dokaley. I think that your bloodline has potential... bit it isn't detailed enough, and it needs more balance. The fact that it has only two jutsu and they are both Rank B means that lower level nin using the the bloodline will have to wait... there are quite a few people in this guild that go through RPCs left and right and don't want to wait very long to be able to use their clan abilities. Also, the clans we have don't get enough use as it is, so adding more might be iffy, idk.
