「PERSONALITY」
Outwardly happy, pleasant, and going with the flow, Siege comes off as someone who drifts in and out of activity and has a good head on his shoulders. He's often drifting throughout his pack and offering helpful advice and a broad smile.
The thing is Siege isn't exactly as he comes off. He is a go with the flow kind of guy, but he also struggles with internal conflict he hides incredibly well. Siege doesn't believe he's found his place in life, and while he's happy in his current pack he still feels like an outsider. He did terrible things his previous pack forced him into and it broke his ego, leaving him feeling like a shell of a wolf who has to perform to keep going.
He does love everyone. He's caring, sweet, compassionate, and clever, but he also is depressive, easily discouraged, and lost. He has a horrible insight on himself and believes he lacks any worth. He'd sacrifice himself in a heart beat, as to him he's already lost who he was and would rather protect others. Siege has a hard time feeling at place with the world. Everything just feels slightly wrong and it all revolves around the fact he hates himself.
He has a hard time truly connecting with others as he's weighed down by the black hole of self hatred festering in his chest. He cares, and deeply so, but he keeps himself at a distance. Siege will be the first to offer his help when requested, so while most may not emotionally connect with him they can still rely on his help.

「BIOGRAPHY」

Siege was born into a rather cruel pack as a prisoner. His mother and father were both kept captive after crossing territory they didn't know was owned. His father was immediately slaughtered while his mother was allowed to live due to a very swollen belly. His birth was not a happy one -- his mother knew instantly she wouldn't live to see him grow and kept her distance from him when she could. The moment Siege was able to eat meat she was slain.
Siege was taken early from the prisons and immediately trained in the packs ways. He tagged along during missions to eradicate entire packs and families and participated in rituals where prisoners were sacrificed for "the better good". The entire time the pup kept looking for a way out, but it seemed hopeless. There was no way free.
So he grew up in this personal hell, and slowly Siege found himself a participant in the activities he so hated.

Siege didn't agree with his pack and their way of being. They killed for the fun of it, as if it was some whimsical game and the prize was the blood pooling at their feet. They'd target small packs and families just to spill blood, not even taking home the loot left behind. It was a pointless hunt, and Siege felt himself forced further and further past his limits until he was just blindly taking orders.
Eventually, he began to consider just ending it all there. He was stuck and would remain a prisoner for the eternity of his life. Yet, eventually someone did escape; Strife. Siege watched the chaos and felt his heart pound as the dark wolf slipped into the night. It was possible -- it had happened. So when Strife came back to rescue his sister Siege lent his paw. Together the two freed the prisoners and left the pack.
His life had finally turned around, and yet he felt alone. He needed a pack; it was all he knew. He discovered the Crows immediately. They killed too, but to further the survival of their pack and well being. Assassins had the right to deny a job and the pack didn't kill for the sport of it. It was survival, and the weak and young were often left alone. It was similar enough to where he felt at place and yet didn't compromise his morals.
So he joined, and yet that feeling of lacking a place of his own persisted. He came to realize it wasn't anyone's fault but his own. He felt out of place within the world itself. With his own body. He was not the wolf he wanted to be, and in his eyes he never would be.
He was stuck, and Siege worked for his new pack with a smile covering the stains on his heart.

Siege likes to check in on Strife whenever he can, which is often. He worries about Strife and his struggles to settle in after a hard life. He sees himself in Strife, but he finds that Strife has more hope of a normal and full life than he does. Siege is often found bothering the male to be more social and enjoy his pack life.
