WATER GUN RACE"O-oh," Maple nodded finally understanding. "Yes, f-from c-classes m-mostly and g-getting lost a lot," she replied looking a little sheepish. Because her first October here, she had gotten oh so very lost around campus, it had taken so long to find the library.
When Monty's balloon popped, Maple found herself jumping out of reflex and honestly, not that sad about it. Because he was right, she wasn't too far behind, having come back relatively well in the final stretch. Something to be happy about at least, "it w-was m-my pl-pleasure," the witch nodded.
With a small glance at AJ, Maple turned back to the other boil, "m-my d-date is w-waiting, m-maybe we'll see each o-other around l-later," she told him. "it w-was n-nice m-meeting you. M-my n-name is Maple."
And even as quick as a greeting as it was, and with her two winning tickets in hand, the witch was off. Hoping AJ wasn't too bored for waiting.

BALLOON POPRosc's eyebrows rose when Sin picked the expert board and did fairly well.
"You're more ambitious than I am," he said with a bit of a chuckle, going to try the middle level instead. The balloons were worth less, but the odds were higher, since he had more balloons to hit and more darts to throw.

chirigami thanx for giving Monty a chance to play As Monty watched the ghoul jump a little he gave a short laugh he watched as the gnome gave her the tickets and reached out his hand to grab his. "Well maybe we'll have a class or something together one of these days." He watched as she started to walk back to her date. "see ya around." he waved with his fist full of tickets. He tucked the tickets in his jacket and looked around to see what to do next.

"Nothing ventured nothing gained..." She watched his rather impressive streak on the mid level board and decided to try the expert again. She managed to match her previous score.
"Well at the very least I'm consistent." She looked over to her boilfriend curious if he'd go again and improve his score.

BALLOON POPRosc laughed when he tried again and epic failed.
"Consistency is a lot better than 'first time's a charm' I think," he said, continuing to chuckle. On the bright side, he didn't take the loss poorly. Then again, it probably helped that he could still use his first score.
"Ring toss and then the ducks?"

RING TOSS
"Sure, but I warn you the ring toss is kinda rigged with how the bottles are placed." At least that was her opinion, and if the possibly drunken gnome heard it she didn't really care. Gnomes...ugh. She set her giant arpakassu plushie down and took the rings.
Instead of bothering to aim this time Sin just tossed the rings, all of them at once...and amazingly she managed to get seven of the 10. She blinked and then frowned at the belch the gnome gave before taking her two tickets with a sniff of disdain. Then she watched to see if Rosc managed better, so far he'd proven quite the carni game king.

RING TOSSRosc wasn't too keen on the gnome that was manning the booth. He'd had to take it easier on his own drinking since school prohibited it, but he'd never overdone it. Others who went beyond what was really necessary tended to rub him the wrong way.
"Rigged, huh?" he asked when Sin did a pretty fantastic job with her random throw. Maybe he should have tried the random approach, for when he actually tried, he only managed two of them. It was enough to get a ticket, but Sin had certainly done better.

"Yes rigged...that's the only explanation for now I managed to beat you." She laughed and picked up her giant arpakassu heading over to the duck pond.
She reached out to grab a duck at random more content to be with Rosc than really focused on the game.
"Hey maybe after this we can head over to the funhouse?" She wondered if the funhouse was anything like the haunted house, hopefully not. Maybe they'd bump into Julian and Lumi, Sin was dying to see the other ghouls dress.
She snapped out of it and yanked her hand back just in time to avoid is vicious duck bite. "Whoa!"

DUCK PONDRosc smirked at his own expense, not minding in the least. It was a game, it didn't really matter, so his ego could take the hit.
The sleepy looking ducks made this game look easier than the others and he maintained that idea until one of them snapped at Sin. As a reflex, he reached out and swatted it away.
"Funhouse sounds good. Let's just hope it isn't like the last one we were in." He suppressed a shudder at the image he'd gotten from the "mirror" and the glitter. And the plants. And everything else that was so crazy in that thing. As he spoke, he reached for a duck of his own.

Sin hastily reached out and grabbed at a duck, luckily for her this one was much more placid. She smiled and then gave her hand a quick shake dry before picking up her plush and heading towards the funhouse with an eye open for Julian, Lumi, or anyone else she knew.
"Think you'd be up for the Growler Coaster later? Looks like fun..."

"Don't see why not, if you want to." He slipped his arm around her waist again and started heading towards the funhouse.

Danny was back for revenge in the form of picking ducks out of water. This time she made extra sure to avoid the ones that were bitey, and instead go for the ones that looked like they enjoyed flames. How she knew which ones liked fire was a mystery.
This time she wasn't so lucky, but the gnome in charge handed her two tickets anyways. Was that cheating? She didn't really care one way or another.
