His phone was buzzing. Now? Now? Really?? Jordan took a step back, glanced at the message.
NO, DON'T, NO, I'M HUNGRY, NO, Ferros howled.
Can't ignore it. Orders, Jordan replied, reining in his fury and frustration. Can't do anything if he shoves us back in the pod. We're going. He pressed the button.

And just like that, suddenly, all of the human-shaped orange blots were gone.
What felt like a cold torrent of water rushed over Toby that moment, her newfound excitement and fiery energy all draining as swiftly as it had come over her, and it was all she could to do stand there, almost dumbfounded with herself as well as the situation, taking in slow, methodical breaths for lack of anything better. What in Halloween had just happened? Her own strange vigor-loss notwithstanding, where was their supposed opposition vanishing off to?
She didn't know, and it unsettled her greatly.
... Worse still, suddenly, she was standing there, the desecrated remains of a trap at her feet, unsure of just what to do, if anything at all.
She had yet to see anyone among her old team turn up, nor was she especially familiar with any remaining shapes in her sight. Asking them much of anything would've felt uncouth, so... well, she just sort of idled there, and snuffed at the remains of her inanimate victim blandly.
This was all getting to be very unnerving. Had it all been some kind of tactical feint?

Shun worked swiftly to try and disable the traps, glancing up as he saw Mitsu soon joining him to do the same. The chaos of battle raged on as some of the students were still out in the main area, away from the traps. Before long, they'd free the soul harvester just like last time and...
The Reaper froze as the sounds of battle ceased. Looking up, he saw most of their enemies gone. The stragglers, he saw warp away. Furrowing his brow, he looked around to try and see where the hell they went, but there were no signs of them.
"This can't be good..." he hissed under his breath. The Harvester didn't do anything from what he could tell, meaning something else was the cause for the mass disappearances. It put him on edge.
"Stay sharp Mitsu," he warned, though it also went to anyone else that might have heard him. He gripped onto his daggers tightly.
HP: 30/30
Status: Still disabler - just an ic post.

Ennéa had not idea what was going on but she saw the other hunters checking their phones and disappearing so she fished around in her pocket and pulled out her phone.
It was hard focusing on the message with all the chaos going on around her.
Hey! For the love of -- WHY ARE YOU CHECKING YOUR PHONE??!
And Baraz yelling at her in her head.
Ennéa winced at his volume. "You don't need to shout." She complained. "Caelius sent out some order or another. We're supposed to go to his location."
Baraz's wings were angry rustling. Fine. He snapped. There better be something there to fight though.
Ennéa hit accept.

Invictus looked at the wound that had been stabbed into his body, giving the one armed hunter a look that almost could have been taunting;
"Guess they took your better hand and left you with the underhanded, did they?" he commented lightly, raising one hand to summon his bow for a potential assault....just for the hunters to vanish. Conquest seethed, almost visibly so as he looked across the field at who was left standing on it.
"They aren't gone yet. They will be up to something. They always will regroup and return with vigor." he said, seeming unphased by the feint that had been pulled on them. He didn't seem to be...too concerned about where they'd gone, however. Only two Horsemen were on that battle field. Away from there, they had Two more.
Their numbers seemed to have been purposely divided, but... Invictus did not mind. They would regroup after everything was over and then it would be as it was before. Them against the hunters.
HP: 55-9 = 46/60 HP
Status: Still Defending (From what??), IC post.

Wait, what why were all the things gone? Savior had been there watching the other students get attacked for some reason (they weren't dangerous, no sets were so...) but then something had beeped and the attackers...vanished. Everyone seemed to be getting together to talk about it, and Savior slowly started to wander over towards another group. Perhaps they'd understand it a bit more?
"Where going. Make no sense." Her goal was to get to Holly since the fox spirit had practically booked it across the area.

Tracing the nice cut on her face with her forefinger, she winced before looking back to the war zone. One ghoul in particular seemed to be getting the stuffing beaten out of her--just about every hunter here had taken a shot at the poor ghost ghoul. "Bloody bastards.." To gang up on her like that--a ghoul even! These humans must be manufactured without a conscience.
Wiping the blood from her cheek; she peered around to catch sight of the hooded figure. Instead, all she saw was the hunter's retreating. "What--" She started, but gave up when unable to determine their purpose. Though, she took this moment to call over to Bul. "You guys alright over there?" Thank Jack Bul had stepped in for the ghost ghoul! She could have been a goner if he hadn't!
Why would all--er, most of them leave so suddenly? What was they're game? She didn't trust this one bit.. HP: 33/40

Entering from domain of time!
Rped out post: Entering from the empty room, Astra found herself in much more populated area, which she soon realized was the place she had been before. Except last time there was a bunch of hooded cloaked people, but now all she could see were students.
...Was the battle over already?
Confused, she flew towards the rest of the students to see what she could find out.

Just as Bul was prepared for another lashing from the hunters- they started to disappear? They were checking their eyephones?
Now that Bea was fine Bul peeked his head up to see Mei shouting from far down the field. He was nervous... VERY nervous. This was wierd and suspicious to him. "I think we are alright!
But be on your guard! That goes for everyone." he replied then furrowed his brows. "Jack help us.. this wasn't what happened the last time.. this is different." His suspicions were the only thing holding him back from taking off down the field towards Mei.

Slowing her advance, the latex clad demon paused, blinking at the sudden disappearance of the Hunters. Where in the hell did they go?! The battle just didn't feel over. She had just arrived! She looked over, crossing her arms under her bust, her brows knitting low on her forehead. Simone's lips pursed slightly as she looked to the other students. She huffed through her nose before dropping her arms.
"While their disappearance is weird, maybe we ought to take the opportunity to try coming up with a plan of some sort? Or at least, group together that way when and if they do come back, we'd be together and ready for them...or something." She let her voice trail off towards the end of her statement, to fiddle with a wayward strand of her hair. The prospect of battle was exhilarating and nerve-making. She flushed slightly in her anxiety, her already toasty temperature rising some more.
HP: 30/30

Continuing to work away at the trap Mitsu looked up when Shun did when the noise on the battlefield stopped. Suddenly the hunters were...leaving? What was going on?
Frowning light Mitsu nodded to Shun as she continued to work away at her trap. Somehow she had a bad feeling about their disappearance but for now they had an opportunity to get through this without too much trouble...she hoped.

One minute the hunters are there, and the net they were giving off frustrated, unintelligible words before poofing.

"M-Mei?" Mort stuttered as his question for all things that just happened, or at least when he could inject it - she was currenty shouting to aforementioned just-found-out boilfriend across the field who . . . Was that a big lizard? owo;;;; OhJackhewasprobablyasuperstrongboiltoo. Even when he went back to his student form, the zombie was stiff with a;sfjlsdkfnsdknfldksb.
Good thing he hadn't tried anything before. Last thing he wanted was those spikes in him.

Looking around at the others while they were trying to figure out what was going on, Shun's attention soon focused in on the patchwork that asked what happened before.
"Soul Harvester knocked out a bunch of them, and we managed to break through into the tent. The rest of the hunters rushed in after the students and I'm guessing a fight broke out. Anyway, they should still have some of our allies locked away in there so let's hurry with these traps so we can move on and figure out what the ******** to do from here."
Hm. Eventually the humans would have to return... The Reaper wondered if there was a way they could set up a trap for them. He wasn't really sure how at this point, but it was a thought in the least.

Letting out a large sigh of relief, nodded and called back. "Okay!" Jack damn! she hated being isolated from the others! She was almost tempted to head over there with them right now! She offered Mort a smile, but it was a forced one at that. Other than the fact that everyone here had survived this odd battle, there was nothing to be smiling about right now.
Her gaze shifted to the demoness, Simone. Wait..wasn't that Night's crush? She was almost positive! Oh! She knew her from the Christmas raid! Simone! That was her name! What could they do though? They could be back any second, if they were conjure a plan, they had best be quick about it!
Her attention was then directed to the dark haired boil. "Soul Harvester?" Was that the weird glowing ghoul they had met when they first arrived here? And..They still might have allies!? W-what if Whisper was there!? She didn't arrive with them! "Blast it all! Why can't we have one NORAML field trip!"
Sliding down to rest a moment, she craned her neck to see if any hunters may be lurking around. "Are they all gone..? I don't see any of them.."HP: 33/40
