If the oreo is frozen, then it wins, even over a fresh warm chocolate chip straight from the oven. If there is milk involved, it all comes down to a flip of the coin.

why would it win if it was frozen though...I mean I'm sure we all love oreo ice cream....but why just stick an oreo in the freezer?

Not for everyone, and they are definately harder to bite into, but I love them that way. Same with freezing those Thin Mint girl scout cookies.
Coincidentally, mint ice cream + frozen oreos = favorite dessert.
