Reaver Darkside Besides the whole point it's just a robot version of whatever class?
All the Bios class is good for, is allowing you to BYPASS THE RESTRICTIONS ON RACES LIKE DRAGONS OR SAIYAN-HYBRIDS so that people can make more of the things you restricted in number, without restriction. sweatdrop
I made sure anyone who reads this knows, so they don't miss out on Saiyans or dragons, now that the restrictions are up. 3nodding

Green: How about making it where Bios can only learn like 'X' amount of Android moves, and nothing that an organic creature could do (Absorber techs, detaching arms, ect). Or maybe make up some techs solely for Bios? Dunno.
