XP Maybe theres a reason damn near nobody has seen Tacitus fight in about year now. *Shrug* If he ever gets in combat I generally try to work with the person to see what they think is fair in comparison to the abilities of their character and act accordingly.
That would be another issue all together really. No matter what the person does, you can just raise your abilities to match it, as the ability to manipulate time generally exceeds anything one can possibly have.
Doesn't bug me much either way, since I could come up with a logical contradiction in any event that would make such time powers pretty impossible to act upon
