Not a bad guy, you just seems like the first person to bend a rule which I've noticed as a spectator.

It's not written but implied I suppose. If you can't learn from the NPC's that know the techs then you can't learn from the PC's that know them.

Write it down, along with anything else you think is implied.
It prevents confusion, and prevents bending of the rules.
If the rule is there, it cant be bent or broken.

Hmph, I'm just as bad at times. *tosses idea for a custom to let the character learn any Otherworld techniques, but only from other people at double cost, and loses them all upon death, into the refuse bin.* Oh well, I have not yet begun to loophole.

I think I should Hedoro now, while I am still near her in power and can double mine, no just kidding, I wouldn't do that, not until I get the worm...
And Reaver, if you could tell me, how is the fight going to work to get the worm, who will I be fighting, and where.
To the last part I am assuming RRA.
